I would think that stretching and light pumping would be safe. Not sure about Hanging but it seems like a question for the doctor or someone who's had PMMA for awhile, I'm curious too.

Hi can someone just clear up a few concerns i have on getting PMMA injected?
1.After PMMA you should never do manual pe exercises again like squeezes, jelqs, pumping and Clamping because they could move the PMMA even after setting.
2.Has anyone had poor Erection quality after PMMA? And does it improve the sensitivity of the penis?
3.Does your penis feel different like it is filled with something? A spongy feel as opposed to no PMMA when Flaccid or Erect?
4.Do you get a better Flaccid hang?
Thanks i cant seem to find these answers

I do manual PE after PMMA. Jelqing, squeezes, pulls/stretches, all of them. And I have no bumps or nodules. So far so good. I also extend a lot. Closing in on 2000 hours of x4 extending post PMMA.

I thought I read from a member that Dr. C advises on pumping in the recovery after?
Can't use a Cock ring after? Really, was not told this. This would be very disappointing if true.

Yeah I've done that these are just a couple of things i haven't got a clear idea on ive read alot of conflicting information.
Ive read you can jelq after getting PMMA but only after you have fully recovered so assume squeezes, pumping Clamping would be ok it just doesn't sit right with me i fear the PMMA would spread but then again i haven't had it done yet

Ive searched more for anyone else that wants to know.
1 You can pump and squeeze and clamp but dont go crazy,in fact pumping is recommended ive read take it easy though.
2.Sensitivity improves and there should be no trouble with eq.
3 . Feels normal.
4.Flaccid hang is better and longer.
