TOPIC: Depression on lower abdomen after implant removal

Hello all,

I need some help. I had the implant removed a year and half ago. Dr. Elist injected Kenalog injection in the area to breakup the scar tissue. The Kenalog somewhat worked but it has left a depression in my pubic bone/pelvis area above the base of my penis. I'm wondering you guys can help find a doctor who might possible fix this depression on my lower abdomen.

Does it feel like this spot still has scar tissue/adhesion causing the depression, or is it where the Kenalog has eroded healthy tissue as well?

After the Removal, scar tissue was present. The Kenalog did help but is eroded the healthy tissue around it. I was also taking serracor nk. There is a scar tissue still present that runs along from mid point of my shaft to the base of my lower abdomen or base of my penis.
