TOPIC: Do kenalog injections work?

Has anyone had any granuloma incidents that were fixed with Kenalog injections? I'm thinking real hard about gettin Girth surgery but I'm afraid. Im on the smaller side of things and I want to change that.

Nobody has reported much success with Kenalog on this forum unless it is with a lot of manual breaking up...by the poster letsgiveitago.
