TOPIC: To all the senior members...

Another question to all of you guys and especially to all of the foreigners that living in europe asia and so on that already visit dr c once ... Like i say im not from the us and im not familiar with the areas and the mentality of the us and especially not of tijuhana so where do you guys recommend to stay in tijuhana or in san diego and if you have recommended areas and even specific hotels that could be very helpful for me .... Also the shuttels they provide can pick me up from every hotel i choose to stay ? like no metter which hotel and his location in san diego or they have a list of spesific hotels? And last question my i have a basic english im not an english speaker this can be a problem or dr c and wade know how to communicate with foreigners ?

Been 2+ years since my 2 procedures with Dr. C. Still here. Still participating. Still contributing. There isn't really any reason to post every couple of months at this point tho. Happy to respond to any questions or offer support. Just not much changing at this point. Still very grateful and happy I pulled the trigger. Big game changer in sexual viability and confidence for me.

This is how it looks w/o viagra and NOT after sex. This is how it would look in a shower or whatever. To me, it's freakish, after all the shit I had to deal with...it looks like a peanut on one side and the other is missing 1/2 Inch of skin so it curves... there's also two big gaps where the PMMA just didn't stick - and formed giant nodules instead. The surgical scars by my Urologist (not the derm or the plastic surgeon who both fucked it up even more) look pretty good, but he did take PMMA out of the distal excision (the one near the head) so it folds in there. He didn't really do that to the other excision.

The lumps are just as bad as they were at 4 weeks...the only change to them has been via DMSO about 30-50% softer ...it's hard to say.



It's supposed to say "VOID" not "VOIC" on top right... it has no PMMA there, but there's PMMA in the "turkey neck" between my Balls and Dick right below there. I wonder if I can get a PMMA transplant... lol... I'm half serious. It would look a lot better & the collagen is already formed. Nobody, of course, would do that...naturally.

I agree with Restoration, if we're going to bitch about anyone, how about the hundreds (if not thousands ?) of people who have had procedures done but have not shared any of it at all. They come here, take all this free info & insight for granted, get their work done, and go on their merry way. At least those who have reported gave us something to work with. Want to know a shocking stat (as of today) ? 85% of all registered members (so this does not include a larger number of lurkers) have never posted once.

Now I get it, some members are just not comfortable posting pictures of their Dick or w/e, so I always say, contribute in whatever way possible. Be it through progress reporting, or instead, donations. But you have a the majority of this forum's viewership doing neither.

My PR is up to date, minus filler criteria from last session. I'm over 4 years post initial procedure without incident.

Don't lose hope, Restoration. PMMA has a tendency to sometimes settle in areas of least resistance. I still believe Dr. C can correct your aesthetic issues. I would recommend 10% Linnea Safe followed by a touch up session of micro drops. Postoperative care would entail multiple follow ups to see Wade/Dr. C and keeping the penis elongated with enough tension to prevent retraction. Try to book on a Tuesday and stay the full week. That is what I did.

Personally, I swell really bad and that makes it challenging to detect voids, lumps or ridges during the procedure. I'm in love with micro drops and the layer of soft collagen they create. I'll likely be back in six months for a minor touch up just to add more softness to areas that are still hard.

I also find the pump beneficial in maintaining aesthetic results. I'll be updating my PR as I progress. If there's anything I can do personally to help out, let me know.

Frankly I am sick of having 100,000 views of my journal and basically no replies but me anymore. I feel like deleting the whole thing. Lurkers are NOT greatful at all. They take my pics in to Dr. C and say "don't do this to me" or "what happened to this guy". Selfish bastards do not deserve my pics in my journal. They can't even comment in the thread, but they use my pics to avoid my "disaster" for their own ends.

I do think it is annoying for people to dissapear, especially those (a) who were counseled heavily by board members or (b) who are having problems....because nobody ever finds out how those were resolved...and they show themselves as the ungrateful dicks they are.

That being said, I probably need to move on with my life, and can't post too much more - but there's not much more to say. Dr. C messed up my Dick in round 3. There are still hard lumps, despite DMSO. One is very painful. 4 surgeries still haven't restored it to where it was after Round 2. I don't think anyone even pays attention to my "updates".

Dude, don't delete anything. Your journal is a great contrast and help to others. I know how you feel, but I'd say more people benefit from it than not. Buddha will reward you back in some other ways....LOL...

Restorarion no offense its not personal and im just saying the truth without being delicate , how can i avoid from bumps like this and from this deforming look ? To choose only 10% with small amount of cc like 15 ?

This last pic up here is equivalent to what a "retracted" Flaccid would have been before I think (i was a big time retractor and PMMA helped a lot - but now it's uneven - so it looks especially odd). In my journal, there's a much more aesthetic looking pic - which was after morning wood. I put it here again too. When it gets stretched out for a few hours, then it sort of evens out. This is partly why I don't want to mess with it ... since it can look decent...but it's lumpy. Maybe traction or pumping will make it look like this more often? I've been using it. Also, I am missing 1" of skin on 1 side...so that makes it more exaggerated now too. It actually looked ok after the first excision of 1/3" skin. After the second, it looked a lot worse.

I have been thinking Radiesse is the most practical now, since it dissolves after a year or so if something goes wrong... but I don't know. It's very expensive compared to PMMA products. Silicone seems like a possible solution. 10% PMMA shouldn't cause an issue either, but I don't know if I can have any kind of relationship w/ Avanti anymore. I was pretty upset with them after all this happened & I didn't hear anything from them & they cancelled the appointment I made w/ Diana. So, I didn't say anything too crazy (in my opinion...) but I did send an email saying I was pretty upset with what happened this round, especially after all I had been through with Peyronie's...with everything that went on in R3, and that was the last time we communicated.

I know this time it seemed like I reacted really fast. For the most part, the lumps that were forming at 10 days are still here now, and still rock solid now. I was hoping Kenalog would prevent them from solidifying which is sort of the whole point of Kenalog. Nobody wanted to inject the dose that Dr. C uses (40%) because they are too unfamiliar with all this. So, Kenalog 10% didn't do much. Injections of saline and sterile water were what caused all the bruising in my journal...those were more attempts to break the early collagen apart. They really pooled around the injection sites...and didn't want to leave.



The lumps that were removed were the top left (Dermatologist), and all the ones on the right (Dermatologist first, then it was an open wound - then Urologist closed it). I can still feel the others & you see the two left ones in my Flaccid 8 month pic (on the right - different angle of camera). This pic is 5-6 weeks post op. The waiting game works for some guys, but not in my case.

You should read the thread on nodules and the 100+ posts on this board about lumps. If you have questions after that then post them but I'm not going to summarize a thread I already spent an hour writing (the Nodule Info thread that I wrote In conjunction with pictures from my own pathology lab...that you couldnt be bothered to read apparently...but I went out of my way to get the slides from my Dermatologist so I could take pics for this board with explanations from a pathologist). You cannot complain about members not posting enough when you don't bother to read their posts.

Also I had two rounds with no problems. and I've said 10 times that nobody knows why this happened. Maybe it was too much PMMA for my body which already had two rounds - but only half an Inch gain. The lumps started forming around day 10. The excisions later on (months later) may have exaggerated the nodules by removing skin off one side but they were always there.


Miracle. I'll PM you later. Thanks for that. I'm not sure if I trust Linnea safe after this. It does go to the path of least resistance for sure. So it's odd that my skin is tight in these bands that prevents it from forming evenly. It happened to a lesser extent in prior rounds. But barely noticeable. This round was a mess and exaggerated by the excisions.

I think you can give it another shot.. Maybe use Metacril since that worked on you before. Go with only 10% like Miracle said. I don't think it can get any worse, the last pic did not look good to me compared to the other ones you posted. The only thing your should try after surgery is to wait at least a year before doing anything at all, no shots, excisions, so on. Use DMSO if there are bumps and maybe a pump. Speaking of pump, I just got my leluv 2.25 pump and my penis looked damn good after my session. I then use the DMSO after. I'm going to do this everyday for the next month before seeing Dr. C again. I also plan on using the pump after my procedure with very light pumping (no more that 5hg like I'm doing now) If i go before you I'll definitely keep the forum updated on how it works.

This last round I did last week. We stayed at the Hyatt Place Tijuana. Much better than the Grand Tijuana.
