Has anyone heard about Dr. Shaeer and his girth augmentation technique "SCIAV flaps"?
As you can see there is a publication on PubMed and The Journal of Sexual Medicine:

So, what we know about this technique? It's not filler, like alloderm or PMMA, it's your own pubic flap, so, it can not reject and girth gain can be significant, for example on 1.5-2 inches.

The trouble with the flap technique is that it is still a graft on a dynamic organ and these don't work well. Also, other than increased blood supply, it's not different to a dermal graft, so there is still all the risks of surgery, plus a big scar.
