I'll keep reading up people's experiences over here, however I'm unsure of what other options are available for me having done alloderm grafting twice... target Girth 5.5 to under 6.0inches...

I can tell you for sure that it is best to leave it as is. You lucked out with no problems and you and your lady are happy, why take a chance now?

hey G., I do some research on the interaction. I read somewhere that the PMMA can really affect the blood supply to the graft, which can cause it to harden and go fibrotic (and shorten) and then you might have a real mess on your hands. It is going to have to get in between the vascular tissue that feeds into the graft and the graft itself unless there is some other layer that the PMMA is injected into. Even a healthy graft has nowhere near the blood supply that regular tissue has that you were born with. I would not mess with it without a lot of discussion with a phallo doctor and especially your own research on the subject.

@purple donkey: my glans was enlarged to match my new Girth. Although I didn't measure it, visually it is the same circumference is the same as my Girth so I guess it to be around 13.3cm now.

Thanks guys for letting me know that an inch gained erected length is a good result. Honestly, I was expecting like up to 2 inches length gain but I guess that my expectations were not realistic.

This surgeon is based in Taipei, his website is as follows. Although it is in Chinese, Dr Lee did his grad school in cosmetic surgery (including phalloplasty I think) at UCLA and speaks good English.

In hindsight, after my modest gains as stated, I am reasonably satisfied. Especially when my girlfriend can no longer put my whole length into her mouth and I need to use bigger condoms. However thinking about the infection experience that I had after my second graft, I wouldn't do it again.

@gsxr7501941: the legendary gsxr! my girlfriend enjoys it much more now. She can only try to deep throat me now as opposed to being able to do so with ease prior to the operations. Penetrative sex feels better for her too because I get hard as a rock (literally) and the bigger Girth stretches her a bit more now.

Ligamentolysis & alloderm graft + Hyaluronic Acid into glans to make it bigger (although glans became bigger, there was a bubbly look on glans and is temporary gain so I wouldn't recommend it), total damage for all = US$12,640.

2nd alloderm graft = US$6,240.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I also had an Alloderm grafting, but I only had one round and it was about 9 years ago. I would have never thought about the high probability of an infection from a 2nd graft. I decided against having another one only because I didn't want to go through the pain of the post-op recovery all over again. My penis would still retract, almost exactly like yours too (even long after recovery).

how bigger did your glans get from the hylaric acid?
