again dr Camacho does the lig cut through the scrotum. but I think dr Rosenthal is better I would trade a scar in my pubic area for a infection.

well I don't know about Europe but dr Camacho does the lig cut through the scrotum but he is in Tijuana mexico. I do not recommend him though... if you decide to travel u better off going to dr Rosenthal in California. I think he is pretty good as far as lig cut. good luck

I understand there are strong fears & phobias, and my point was more rhetorical than anything. It was made to stress the seriousness of pursuing Phalloplasty to begin with, not necessarily denying the fears of flying and such.

FYI, fear of flight as a disorder is a very powerful thing indeed much much more feared than going under the knife for some people. I know, I had a GF who could not climb on an airplane. She would throw up or get an anxiety attack.

Actually, two years ago Polish Rail stopped all train service to Kaliningrad. However, if you can take a train to Warsaw, there is a Bus Service to Kaliningrad from there. Here is the link:

Yes I do suffer from panic attack syndrom in the airplanes.
