Does your ED respond to Viagra and Cialis?

Do you know the underlying reason for your ED? I have it too due to Peyronie's but Viagra seems to work for me - so I wasn't that worried about PMMA since I will probably have to take Erection meds forever. If anything, I'd psychologically feel better having a boner with a thicker Dick. If you are really far down the ED spectrum, you can still have an implant...though not sure if they can do that surgery with PMMA already in there.

I have some slight ED due toe PE.

My worries would be if I did PMMA Girth surgery that my Dick would be to heavy so I would cause my ED to be even worse??
