Don't get then lig cut for the sake of it. It's expensive and is surgery, so shouldn't be taken lightly. You'll have a scar in your pubic region. It's not a good idea, as you already need viagra to reach your maximum length. Weakening the structures around your penis will only make things worse.

I agree with New1Inch and can relate with Spankass... you will literally get length (and likely Girth) by improving your Erection quality and reducing fat pad... and this comes strictly to diet (and some exercise). Having to rely on Viagra & pressing against fat pad to yield an 8" penis is proof of this. Your penis is well above average, so it's up to you. And yes, the PMMA stays inside of you forever.

well i am taking steps on losing the weight and getting maybe testerone shots cause it feels like its low so i am going to see a doc about that next month

as far as length i agree with all of u i dont really need it and i am fine with that part ... i just figured with todays technology and how good the PE procedures have gotten that a lig cut would be a simple procedure to do since i was going to get Girth done anways

i do still want the Girth cause i am only 4.5 when fully Erect and i would like be at 6.5 max or so so i guess i will cancel the lig cut and just do the PMMA

If you are gaining a Inch from viagra, then it does seem you're erections aren't what they should be. It's common to gain a little from Viagra and Cialis, but no one should be gaining an Inch.

Regardless, definitely don't get the lig cut. As others have said your penis looks really big already. I don't think you should do anything at all in terms of length or Girth, though I understand why you might want to.

lig cut is 4500 and i dont "need" viagra ... its more like for fun to get even more blood flowing and harder cause thats what it does in mean without ED....u get solid like a rock lol...only did it a few times too but it was def more blood flowing

from everything i read the PMMA seems to work amazingly and have little side effect but since costs have gone up it seems like 3 rounds will cost 5 to 7k or around there right?

i am fine with the length really its just the Girth..even if i lose 20 30 lbs which i will be starting to do soon i dont think my Girth will get any better because i used to be real skinny and yes my penis was long then but it has never been think...always the same thickness so thats why i was thinking PMMA

If want more length, just do manual stretching and weights. Getting your ligs cut has proven to be not only ineffective, but there is the very real possibility you could wind up with a shorter penis. Not to mention the scarring. A good resource for natural PE gain is thundersplace.org.
I also thin believe that if you can manage a more than one Inch gain with viagra, there is probably an issue with your Eq more than anything else. An eight Inch Erection is the gold standard in these parts my friend .
I completely understand you wanting to have a larger Girth though.
