TOPIC: Who can remove FFT in London

@hoddle I was hoping you could shed light on to why you had all your FFT removed and not just the lumps as i have read that 90% of the FFT can be removed safely without risking damage to the fascia I dont know how true this is do you?

also how much absorption did you have and over what period if you dont mind me asking.

@hoddleDoes massaging them really help the lumps dissapear?im stressing big time about my lumps, although it's only been just short 2 weeks from my FFT and length surgery but i cant help but worry because the lumps are so hard it makes it so hard to believe i'll be able to massage them away

Dr viel done it 3 weeks ago and I already have some hard lumps, can the hard lumps be removed?

Also can damage to the fscia be avoided by Removal?

I had FFT 17 years ago, and afterwards I developed two small but prominent lumps on the top of my shaft. My doctor was able to easily remove them, there's a small scar at the incision but it's barely even noticeable. It was simple.

Ok so heres my latest update it has been 6 weeks since having FFT in London I have some slight unevenness which is not very noticeable and a couple of little hard lumps which also are not noticeable unless you pull the Foreskin back, Flacid my penis s about 2 - 3 cm bigger in circumference but when Erect it is approx just over 1cm bigger.

Before FFT I had a great sex life and 6 weeks after even though it looks abit different not allot when its Erect tho!!, it does feel hard when it is Erect, but it does not feel as nice as before FFT in Flaccid and Erect state. My girlfriend thinks their is no difference so that was '4000 spent on nothing.

At some point I will take pics to post on here, tbh the biggest difference is it never goes as skinny as it once did. To start I was around 7 EL and 4.5 - 5 EG 5 being a very very good day lol. Now I am measuring 7 EL no change didnt expect their to be tho, and EG of between 5 - 5.5 the Erect gains are not very much at all.

What I am now hoping is that the rest will absorb over the next 12 months if i am left with some hard or lumpy bits I will look into getting it removed but only time will tell.

Just to add 2 weeks after the op I was 15cm EG when Erect then within 4 more weeks I went down to this 13 cm EG nearly an Inch lost in 4 weeks.

Could anyone please tell me about their experiences with FFT and how much absorbs and over what time period it will be of great help and comfort to me.

I drove up to London last week to see the doctor and he said it looks good but wanted me to have a top up within the next 6 weeks but I said i'm just going to leave it and hopefully it will absorb by itself as I am not as keen on my penis now as I was before, the main thing is it hasn't effected my sex life and I suppose one small benefit is I look bigger when Flaccid.

Please any help or advise or just to hear your story will be greatly appreciated and if anyone wants to know more then please just pm me and I will get back to you.

I haven't got the skin free yet, but I've ordered some anesthetic cream and if it work to make the skin sufficiently numb, then I'll try and do it myself with a sharp needle. I've had 2 surgeries to try and free it, but they don't work, as by the time the bandages can come off, the skin has become stuck again.

I always consider PMMA. I think everyday about all different methods to enlarge my penis. I'm pretty obsessed, like many here! In some ways my skin issues have been a blessing, as I'm certain that if I hadn't had them, I would have already had PMMA. At least this way I can follow the progress of others and get a better idea of how safe it is. In the past I came very close to having Belloderm/Alloderm and a dermal graft, but luckily I waited and followed the progress of numerous guys and most ended badly. So far PMMA seems much better than anything we've seen before, but who knows if that trend will continue. My advice would be to wait and then wait some more, before even thinking about another procedure. You've said yourself you have a good sex life, so why risk it?

I had it all removed as I only had a small amount left and it was palpable. I was told it shouldn't be too much of a problem to remove, which contradicted what I'd read elsewhere. As far as absorption goes it's very hard to say as I had the surgery in 1997 and never took Girth measurements, as at the time my main concern was length. Back in those days no one really ever spoke about the Girth of the penis. But I'd say 50% went in the first 6 months and then very slowly decreased for the next few years and then stabilized. I have some hard lumpy areas, but these went in time with massage and general absorption.

But you need to forget about Removal, as no Dr will do it for you for a long time. If you have specific lumps you wanted taken out, that can be done in a couple of months time and should be relatively straight forward, via little incisions, as described in another thread. But no one will perform an invasive fat Removal on you for a long time yet.

Btw, would you consider starting a progress report, just giving a brief outline of your journey to date? It would be so useful as we have very limited reports of the FFT process. At this time we have 2 members asking similar questions regarding lumps, so if you both started progress reports and updated every few weeks, I'm sure it would be hugely beneficial for other guys in the future. Penis enlargement is so stressful as we don't know what is and isn't part of the normal recovery process and start to freak out a bit. So being able to read the accounts of others can be very comforting.

You can't even consider Removal at this stage! FFT will change massively over the coming weeks. Just massage the lumps for a few weeks and if they are still there, then speak with Mr Viel. Total Removal wont be necessary in order to get rid of the lumps.

I know it can be a very stressful time, but just try and relax.

What did Mr Viel say when you told him you didn't want a top up and you hoped the fat would absorb?

I think it was '2500 to have it removed.

But don't consider doing that. Anyway, no Dr will remove it for at least 6 months and most likely a year.

Yes, it's very possible the lumps will resolve themselves. Swelling can feel just like fat lumps as well.

Other than the lumps does it feel natural? How much have you gained?

he didn't say allot,he said everybody's absorption is different and he does not think i will need to have it removed. didn't really know what to think of that but for now i will just wait and see.

I have read that alot of people seem to absorb all or nearly all of it over time so I am hopping to be one of them.

If you dont mind me asking how are you getting on did they ever manage to free your skin from the fascia this is my biggest worry with Removal.

Also i was wondering if you would consider PMMA in the future as it is something i have been reading alot about and after studying these forums for hours I have noticed that you seem to know alot about this stuff and offer good supportive advice and I for one really appreciate it. Many thanks

I had it removed and it caused more problems. I wish I'd just left it in. When the fat was removed some of the fascia came with it and now I have scarring and the skin sticks to the shaft. I've had 2 surgeries to try and fix this and both failed.

I had mine removed by David Ralph. Other London Dr's that can remove it are Gordon Muir and Suks Minhas.

Can you tell us a bit more about your FFT? Who did it and why do you want it removed?
