Are you kidding? I'm 7.5"BPEL... with Dr. Loria's technique, I could easily obtain the legendary 9 incher... and then my wife would divorce me as she thinks I'm too long already. Rather than risk surgery with Loria, I'll just take these magic pills that add size.
