I think you can get implants but I would really just leave it alone.

Well if only we could do a swap.... haha
My Balls are very small and look even smaller with my new Girth. just wondering if some sort of fat transfer can be done to fill the ball bag and make a little fuller looking?

I had 'em'(testicle enhancing) Elist implants. The latest version I had did feel acceptably soft. If one of them had not got infected I might still have them. When I saw Dr Gelman at UCI he insisted on removing both implants even thought the other one was not infected. He advised against implants in general.
They likely raise the temperature of the scrotum and will restrict blood supply to the testicles. They are not a good idea. I wish there was another option and an alternative to Elist too. But I agree. Elist is out.

Can you explain why PMMA can't be used? And why this is a strange idea?

M7's advice... Leave your nuts alone! Don't mess with God's testosterone factory! My sac is much fuller now that I'm on my testosterone protocol. No way would I consider implants. My Flaccid MS Girth is 6.2" and my scrotum looks proportional. Feed your nuts healthy food; don't inflate them with silicone prosthesis, PMMA or other fillers!
