Do you find that your Balls do not look in proportion now?

Some women have commented on the size of mine before and have said they are quite large. The problem is they can be quite restrictive in clothing especially with PE as well.

I would prefer slightly smaller ones....

Also remember while PE has risks. I still want children and I need my testicles more to do this......lol!

No PMMA can't be used, where are you getting these strange ideas? Some doctors do enlargement but make sure you read their reviews

Well because if you were to get testicle cancer and you went for a scan, it would be very hard to tell, what is what. Whether you have it or not. Not only that, unlike silicone which was squishy, PMMA gets encapsulated, so it would get hard and you would be left with lumps in your testicle sack.

correct, scrotum, not directly into the testicles. DO NOT do this with someone who hasn't been trained!

The only other viable option that I know of is the Elist testicular implants. They are not traditional "implants" but they cup the existing testicles. I believe there are a couple of members who have received these. Really the only issue I have with them is that the only doctor that does them is Dr. Elist. But guys do report that they are a lot more firm than natural.

You can enlarge you testicles by pumping, According to this website and forum it works. I dont agree with how far most of these guys go with their pumping but its evidence that it does work and it is permanent and safe if used at low vacuum 5hg or less.

Well if only we could do a swap.... haha
My Balls are very small and look even smaller with my new Girth. just wondering if some sort of fat transfer can be done to fill the ball bag and make a little fuller looking?

I had 'em'(testicle enhancing) Elist implants. The latest version I had did feel acceptably soft. If one of them had not got infected I might still have them. When I saw Dr Gelman at UCI he insisted on removing both implants even thought the other one was not infected. He advised against implants in general.
They likely raise the temperature of the scrotum and will restrict blood supply to the testicles. They are not a good idea. I wish there was another option and an alternative to Elist too. But I agree. Elist is out.
