This is certainly very important information. I'm sorry to hear you had what I consider very alarming complications.
If you don't mind, would you be able to share with us some pertinent information?
Firstly: Do you know what brand of PMMA was used and what concentration(s)? Do you know how much was injected (cc's) both the first and second round?Do you know if a blunt or sharp cannula was used?Where were the granulomas located and how many did you experience?How would you describe your symptoms when you had granuloma formation?Did Removal of the granulomas affect the aesthetics and/or function of your penis?What was the Doctor's opinion on the matter?I have many more questions, but expect these are some of the most important. Thanks for sharing!

The best 3 doctors in the world who have long experience in regard of PMMA injection in general (not only penile PMMA) are :-
1- Dr. Marcio Serra (no penile PMMA injection) famous in HIV-patients with lipo-dystrophy.2- Dr. Samy Passy.3- Dr. Casavantes.
I had a consultation with Dr.Valter (his son is also a plastic surgeon who was trained in the US works with him) in 2008 who advised me to use an extender for 10-14 days post injection but I decided to get my PMMA penile injection by Dr.Samy.

I thought Nascimento had retired. Maybe this is his son? I do remember a Phalloplasty surgeon in Rio who was a pioneer in the use of PMMA for the penis, but thought he retired several years ago.

I believe only the Rio office does PMMA in the penis. When I enter to Toronto clinic home page it is not offered there,and maybe why I never got a response.
But a email stating that would of been nice. I also emailed Dr. Valer on his hot mail account and hope he will email me back about Canada.

IMO the most important thing to get the best result and the lowest complication risk from a permanent filler (e.g. PMMA) is the experience of doctor in how long is he doing PMMA bioplasty ?? and not the location of the clinic, PMMA is a serious product in the hand of an inexperience doctor.
The 3 doctors mentioned above are the most experience doctors in PMMA injection (that was the words from the father of PMMA to me).

If only we had a customer who had visited him. If he works from Toronto and does it there I would try him,but like I said never got a reply to emails or phone calls. Anyone visit him in Colombia,or is it Brazil?

The physician is Dr. Valter Nascimento. What I'm trying to figure out is if he travels from Columbia to Canada to offer bioplasty (??).

I finally spoke with the doctor in Canada, and he said they only do the PMMA penis enlargment in Columbia.
