No, it's totally meaningless. He has a medical degree and carries out PE surgeries (badly), he's not a real cosmetic surgeon. How on earth is any independant body supposed to judge his work in order to give him this "award"? He used to be an anesthetist for TLE and then when Dr Rhienschild life TLE, he became their surgeon. He's basically learned from watching Rhienschild. He's about as much of a cosmetic surgeon as that Dr on the Simpsons who says "hello everybody."

The same people who will lie and say they have 100% satisfaction rate, will also make up awards. This industry is literally full of total scammers who don't care about anything but making money.

100% Satisfaction Rate?? In cosmetic PE surgery? I'm sorry but that is beyond audacious...wow.
And if the 2" you were told has something to do with Erect gains, consider it more of a rare anomaly than the norm. Keep in mind, virtually every lig-procedure will require you to use your post-op stretching device almost religiously to realize any gains.
Is Dr. Rosenthal currently providing this type of procedure? He might be your SoCal alternative.
I personally don't recommend this type of procedure, but the decision is ultimately yours. Good luck.

Dr Elist performed surgery on Chad & fixed him right up. I believe Dr K was the doctor that screwed up Chad if you guys remember the pictures from the MNS site. Dr Elist did the surgery & Chad was very happy with the result.
Chad was never a good businessman & was always out for the dollar. Stay away from any of his products & site.

This isn't phalloplasty, it's biolplasty on the penis. But I don't think cosmetic surgery in the US is of a particuarly high standard. America is arguably the Mecca of terrible penis enlargement surgery. Sammiter, Rhienchild, Rosenstien, Burman, Krakovsky, Elist and Ringer were all based in America. If I had problems or cancer etc, there is no country in the world I'd rather be treated than in America, but for cosmetic surgeries then I'd be just as happy being treated in numerous other countries. The key is to do lots and lots of research and make sure you know as much as possible about the Dr and his medical facility, no matter what country he's based in.

Dr K has a terrible track record. Stay well clear of him.

Mexico, Brazil, South East Asia and some parts of E. Europe more often than not, have better cosmetic and regular surgery options and cheaper than the US.

Here, the Dr's and the medical system are muddied with insurance costs, red tape, BS, and law suits hence the cost is much higher.

I need to go to see my Dr TWICE (over $300 cost plus lab test fees) to do a simple blood test. Even then, the test lab will NOT mail the results to me, they force me to go back to the fucking Dr to look at them...That is Legal, twisted and messed up medical robbery.

I can, and I have, done a full battery of blood test overseas for about $120!

I have yet to see a real Erect gains of anything above a fraction of an Inch due to a lig cut...Again, I said "I". Some one else may have seen evidence of better gains!

So who should I go to in SoCal? Assuming that I am convinced that I want/need a lig cut? I do not want to go to Mexico.

My only advice at this point is to read more about all of them yourself. YOu can do so here, if you take a bit of time to check them out. I would also reconsider the belief that things outside of the USA, like in Mexico, will not be as good as in the USA (if that is what is holding you back from MX). Its your decision anyway. (For the record, despite my nickname, I am not Mexican). And btw, I wouldm also check other devices before deciding on the grip system. There are many good ones in the market, not as expensive as that.

If you are really as worried about the medical standards as you seem to be, then avoid any PE surgery in the US. Whatever your friends in Mexico say about medical care there, the same can be said of PE surgery in America. There reason that only a handful of Dr's do these procedures in the entire US, isn't because to their great track record! It's because the procedures are unpredictable and the results are often so poor that even in the money grabbing world of cosmetic surgery most surgeons wont perform them. If the standard of PE surgery was good in the US, then there would 20 clinics in every major city in America offering the procedures. Last time I checked there wasn't a single PE surgeon currently operating in 3 of the top 5 most populated cities in America.

Any Mexican that can afford it comes to the US for procedures because of how bad the medical profession is there.

Some of you are confusing (in this thread) Erect gains with Flaccid. I agree that Flaccid gains are likely 1-2", but Erect gains are usually hard to come by, if at all. I would have it done for the purpose of eliminating 'Turtling', not to increase Erect length- that would be a bonus after much stretching. 0h, I speak from experience having had it done with Allo back in '03.

I have several friends that live in Northern Baja and one in Cabo. I asked them about getting medical treatment there. They thought I was crazy.

They said they would have nothing medical done in Mexico.

The guy in Cabo said if he took a bullet he would be better off risking it on his own rather than going to the hospital there.

One of the Ariano Mexican Mafia's wives just came to the US to have her baby - maybe for citizenship, but it makes you wonder.

There is probably no 100% satisfaction rate in ANY surgery. Even with the famous PMMA it is not 100%.

2" Flaccid gains is on the high end of the chart. If they only permit you to call one patient, then common sense tells one they are not being straight with you.

Do not do it till you do a very thorough search!
