Sorry about that, but if you check the picture his Foreskin doesn't look swollen it is thin and with e.g. a large amount of PMMA or esp. silicon gel you will not see the Glans it will be completely covered with the Foreskin and his Glans is big and it has good proportion with the Girth of his shaft, but it is true for his big scrotum ??
