The only two that I know of -- Franco Roccaforte and a guy named Silvio that, pre-enhancement, worked with Shane Diesel on bangboat.com. Both of them now have larger but obviously lumpy units. All of the other big guys look legit to me and claims of surgery are more likely born out of jealousy than fact.

I have seen some that made me wonder if FFT, Alloderm/Belladerm, Silicone gel, and even possibly PMMA were possibilities. Especially the guys with massive shaft girths with dwarfed glans... I see them from time to time but not often.
I'd imagine this industry being pretty cut throat and I wouldn't be surprised if these guys went to extra measures to obtain size. And for all the guys who had undesirable results? Probably stopped performing.

I'm not sure we know definitively if a porn star has had PE done, and if we could say that there was a good chance, it would still require determining which method was used. It's all speculation really... unless the porn star himself is willing to admit it. Penises come in such a variety that even the odd looking ones could be perfectly natural.

There is a porn star whos intials are SM, who in my personal opinion may have a dermal graft. He's as big as Diesel. I saw a video of SM where his cameraman joked around with him about it being the widest penis money can buy or something like that, and so I looked for the signs and from my own knowledge and in my own opinion he has a major deep scar on his lower abdomen, where the surgeon would have took the graft from due to the stubbornness of the fat. Again, I don't know this for certain, and it's only speculation. I'm not an authority on penis enlargement, nor do I definitively know any of this information. I think this is the right place to ask this question, well I hope so. It's about a porn actor named Tony Duncan. He isn't a star, he has done mostly low budget work. Some of you may better recognize him by his moniker "Mr. 18 Inches" (a misleading stage name).

His Erection is huge but never points outward. I feel it is partially an Erection problem that doesn't allow him to become fully Erect.
