Permanent filler and lenghtening Questions
2 months 4 weeks ago #1308725052
Hello everyone, I am new to the forum and my apologies if this is not the right place to post this.
1. Does anyone know of a PERMANENT SAFE penis filler that can be injected into my penis, so it may be thicker. Permanent because I would like to avoid constantly going to a doctor for the rest of my life (if possible)
2. A place that may lenghten my penis aswell without cutting ligaments or anything. Maybe adding a penile sleeve or something
I must admit that I DID have 2 filler procedures with Loria medical but the issue is that when I put on a condom it squishes the filler down causing a dent in someplaces. Additionally, it seems that the Girth size went down after swelling was gone. I am also reading that his filler may be dangerous? Aswell i currenly live in Canada so the conversion rate from USD TO CAD makes his procedures quite costly. (I still would not mind having a procedure done in the USA tho) I am looking for better options. Anything in Canada or USA? Thank you

Loria and his affillates use an illegal silicone concoction that is very dangerous. I would highly recommend seeking repair from a reconstructive urologist before even thinking about further enhancement. These articles on our website help explain:I must admit that I DID have 2 filler procedures with Loria medical but the issue is that when I put on a condom it squishes the filler down causing a dent in someplaces. Hi. So the question is, are there any permanent safe fillers that can be used?
The only permanent filler currently available in the U.S. is Bellafill. This filler contains PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate) microspheres. It is FDA-approved for certain cosmetic indications, but not specifically for penile enhancement or penile girth enlargement.
Overall, I would consider it reasonably safe in experienced hands, but it does carry a somewhat higher long-term risk profile compared to hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers. The primary concern is granuloma formation — firm bumps or nodules that can occur months or even years later. Depending on the literature and physician experience, the risk is often estimated somewhere in the range of approximately 5–10%. Sometimes these nodules are subtle and only palpable; other times they may be visible.
It is also important to understand that the FDA labeling for Bellafill states that it lasts “5 years” because the original clinical studies followed patients for that duration. However, most experienced physicians generally consider PMMA fillers to be effectively permanent.
So while Bellafill offers the advantage of permanence, that permanence also means that complications can be more difficult to reverse or manage compared to HA fillers, which are temporary and can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if necessary.
Regarding penile lengthening, I am not aware of any truly reliable or meaningful way to permanently increase erect penile length at this time. Most available treatments either produce minimal improvement or carry significant tradeoffs.
That said, with girth enhancement using filler, I do see many patients experience increased flaccid length. In some patients the change is quite noticeable. However, this is variable and cannot be guaranteed, as results differ substantially from patient to patient.
Increased Flaccid Length with Filler
I also generally agree with concerns regarding silicone injections. In many cases, the silicone being used is not FDA-approved, and even FDA-approved silicone products are not approved for injection into dermal soft tissues for penile enlargement. In my opinion, silicone carries a substantially less favorable safety profile than properly performed filler procedures.
I hope that answers your question.

Thank you everyone.
So the final questions are, should I remove the dr loria fillers before adding Bellafill or would it be safe to add Bellafill without the Removal of the previous filler?
Wondering as-well if anyone has combined Bellafill + an lengthening procedure without cutting the ligaments (maybe adding a penile sleeve or so)
Thanks!

Re: Permanent filler and lenghtening Questions
2 months 3 weeks ago #1308725061We would recommend seeing a reconstructive urologist who is familiar with complications from silicone girth injections to get the safest answer to this question as the severity can differ from case to case. I would urge you to look over the articles I shared earlier, if you have not already, to get a better idea of what you're up against after having had silicone injected. So the final questions are, should I remove the dr loria fillers before adding Bellafill or would it be safe to add Bellafill without the Removal of the previous filler?
We offer the MAXL non-surgical lengthening program which has been quite successful in terms of the gains our patients have seen: www.rejuvall.com/non-surgical-length/Wondering as-well if anyone has combined Bellafill + an lengthening procedure without cutting the ligaments (maybe adding a penile sleeve or so)
There's also P-Long which is a similar non-surgical lengthening program also developed by a urologist (Dr. Brandeis).
I hope that helps. Best of luck to you in safely reaching your size goals!
