TOPIC: Avanti Derma contact?

Has anyone been able to contact Avanti Derma?
I've been waiting for an email reply for awhile now and I can't get through by phone.
Also, Ian no longer works there. They previously mentioned they were having difficulty with their phones since he left.

Dr. C was pretty good about responding on WhatsApp a month or so ago but recently had some health issue and hospitalization. Theyre definitely struggling without Ian or someone to take his place.
