Has anyone had experience doing Ellanse with Dr. Chayut? Apparently he is mixing it with HA now

That’s interesting. I asked him 3 months back and he said Ellansé is not available in Thailand. He now uses Juvederm Voluma which I found to be firmer compared to Juvederm Ultra4 he uses previously. The Voluma should hold up better.

I'm not aware of the use of Ellanse anywhere in Southeast Asia. I do know Proud Clinics in South Korea use Megafill , and that link describes the filler along with their respective Permanency Rate, Engraftment, and Absorption Rates.
