TOPIC: Under the shaft? penis?... question (asking for visuals)

I've seen a lot of people lately talking about doing under the shaft, the penis, with Rupeka for extra volume.
Does anyone here have photos of how a penis look with results UNDER? please if someone has one visual example of their experience.

While it's not all PMMA because I've been getting HA since, aesthetically it would be similar so if you look on page two of my more recent journal, you'll see a pic of me standing and holding it up that kind of shows from an angle a bit of the underside. I think it's on the 3rd page if you click Recent Topics). I have product most of the way around now.

Injecting fillers under the shaft of the penis concerns me. Here's why:

1. Urethra Location: The urethra is a vital part of the penile anatomy that allows urine and semen to pass through. Injecting fillers in this area can compress or damage the urethra (just consider developing a granuloma in this area.

2. Naturalness : The penis is not designed to have additional volume under the shaft. The natural structure of the penis includes the corpus cavernosum on the top and sides., Corpus Spongiosum, which surrounds the urethra on the underside is much smaller and does not add much volume. TAdding volume in areas where it does not naturally occur can lead to unnatural look.

While the idea of adding volume might sound appealing, the risks associated with injecting fillers under the shaft outweigh any potential benefits. Dr. S

Beside Repuka - also Dr Carney Rejuvall does the underside PMMA.

I can tell that in past I only had Upside PMMA Sessions. But - in one of my sessions a bit PMMA went also on the underside of my shaft - at one spot. Its there now for already 5 years. It feels very good. This is why I came to decision to do now the underside with the one of the doctors who offer it explicit.

When in comes to risks - doctors can tell you more for sure. I m a non-expert.

When it comes to naturalness - I have first hand experience: I can tell you that it really sells a more natural feel. Reason: The whole shaft around has the same consistency.

Another reason is the bottom of the shaft seems soo much less risky to be shoving needles, except for the Frenulum. No dorsal nerve or artery or vein to nick.

Solid points I didn't think of. Maybe smarter for a person to start with HA and make sure the anatomy isn't causing trouble. Could granulomas be equally as troublesome on the top if they developed to put pressure on a doral artery or nerve?

What do you guys think? This is already too much for the underside?

Most worries I have:
- Could the filler later „hurt“ me at the urethra while having sex?
- While operation: I m scared that the needle could go in the urethra.. irrational worries?

Is there everything different in regard to Aftercare? Compared to PMMA enhancement upside.

…At the end its a nice option to gain more Girth - without doing a overfill of the upside and risk esthetic or consistency of the filler because of doing to much in the same area (overfill)

I'm no doctor so take this with a grain of salt.

If it's an experienced injector who's worked on penises many times, you'll be fine. I also doubt that ten syringes would be considered an 'over fill'. Most HA sessions range from 4-20 syringes (there's a ton of variables in there for the reasoning behind the exact amount).

Back to the previous matter of under shaft, if they have experience and have done it you'll be fine. The big concern, especially in the past with permanent fillers earlier on, was they didn't want to in any way negatively affect function so why risk being anywhere near the urethra.

In practice, now it seems to show that it's fine as long as it isn't near it. Because I'm higher volume, I sort of needed some underneath to keep things somewhat balanced and normal looking. I do have a fair bit on the on the undersides but it feels to me like it's distanced from the urethra. Visually it just looks smooth and uniform. I've had zero issues with function in any manner. And considering the amounts I have, if anyone would have issues, should likely be me.

In short... Trust your practitioner if you've done your due diligence and don't over think it. If it's HA it's also reversible.

I'm personally not a fan when any injector focuses on only the sides. Or mostly on top. Or anything like that. They should be working to gradually and uniformly increase your dimensions (unless you have an existing aesthetic issue or curve or something you're trying to correct).

It really depends on how big you are to begin with. If 10 syringes means having to really pack it in, your risk of granuloma and complications goes way up.

-No, not if injected properly.
-Not irrational at all. You want to make sure you see a cosmetic Urologist who is verrrrry familiar not only with performing this procedure but also with the anatomy and function of the penis. This is a human organ we're talking about, so please be extremely careful in selecting a provider. Most "botched" procedures result from having someone who is just a general practitioner or Dermatologist (or not a doctor at all) perform the procedure.

No, aftercare should be the same, but you'll want to follow whichever specific directions your provider gives you. Every provider has a different technique, which can affect the best way to do aftercare.
