Does any have any recommendations for any doctors performing PMMA Girth injections in Tijuana other than Avanti Derma and Surgery life enhancement. I previously had max PMMA done by S-L-E 80cc 30% and it isn’t even on my penis so I’m looking to touch it up. I don’t want to go back to SLE and Avanti Derma won’t touch you if you have been previously treated elsewhere. Thanks.

S-L-E is 100% scam and one of the extremely rare incidents where a topic is forum-wide banned (since censorship is antithetical to the forum's foundation) and it takes a lot to get that kind of infamy when you consider the fact that quacks like Dr. Elist and Dr. Loria aren't forum-banned.

You didn't get PMMA, you got silicone oil, or something of similar nature since PMMA doesn't require that amount of volume to achieve the same size.

Unfortunately, you were mislead by a mockery of medicine known as S-L-E. Perhaps you can try and find a Mexican lawyer, but Dan Salas has jumped around Clinics & Doctors to avoid his inevitable judgement as it pertains to his unethical and criminal acts.

I don't want to alarm you, but your best bet would be to seek out someone accustomed to silicone oil removal, like Dr. Carney of Rejuvall. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). Since you seem to have offered two Mexican locations, would it be safe to assume you are a Mexican citizen and not American? Because I'll have to do additional research but I may know of a guy on the Eastern shore of Mexico who can help.

Either way, I'm still unnerved that this predator (Dan Salas) still occupies the phalloplasty space two decades out.

So I seen them open the boxes of linea safe PMMA unless they were tampered with before hand and replaced with what you said was silicone oil which wouldn’t be surprising. I wonder if there is any way for me to do a scan of the penis with some sort of medical device to know what is in there for sure without cutting me open.

I don't trust them one bit. Someone else said the same thing, then was told he was put under (general anesthesia) for a dermal injection procedure. So he would have no clue what was injected into him and these procedures are outpatient in nature, done under local anesthetics!

You only need a small poke, if it oozes out after 6 weeks and is clear, well you got yourself in all likelihood silicone oil.

However I don't need any of that information because you've provided me with the single most damning information yet: 80cc at 30% is absurd in one round. Can it be done, sure? But 80cc is in the silicone oil territory of volume, and this is a Clinic notorious for having employed the use of this filler in the past.

If I were you, seek out someone familiar with silicone oil and assess whether or not to have it removed or if you are best leaving it alone and not getting any more work done -- try Rejuvall for starters and good luck.

I went to S-L-E and had PMMA done by the clinic there 2 years ago. Supposedly it was 60cc’s of Linnea Safe. I saw it near the operating table. But I bet they don’t inject the full 60 cc’s. Dan wasn’t there thankfully. It was a doctor named doctor Colorado. Anyways I have photos and videos of the procedure. Instead of small tiny needles placed all over I was put under general anesthesia and they used a giant needle to put the liquid in both sides of my penis and then worked it in. I pray that it was PMMA but wonder how I’d be able to find out for sure.
The “tour guide” that helped me before and after the procedure I still keep in contact with. He left Dan because of his shady business practices. I also opted to do 7 ccs of PMMA in the head my of penis. Thankfully everything seems to be fine. But the more I read about S-L-E the more I realize how lucky I got.

S-L-E is actually one of a handful of banned topics -- and I hate any sort of topic blacklists exist at all because this site thrives (and grew) from the free flow of information as it relates to Male Enhancement. This is in light of the fact that Dr. Elist and Dr. Loria topics are still allowed (both whom I consider unethical practitioners). Censorship is somewhat antithetical to this forum's principles, so in order for me to take this position on certain Clinics speaks volumes on how poor they must be in quality, practice, and/or ethics.

There are a number of criteria to get hard blacklisted, but in the case of Dan & S-L-E, I just find them to be historically dishonest and extremely unethical. Normally I would have deleted this, but on rare occasion I'll let these tidbits server as a reminder to newcomers to avoid these guys no matter what they try and sell you.

Why did you select S-L-E? Genuinely curious, not knocking you. My reason for the question is that they have virtually no web presence. Their website looks like something done at computer camp in 2001. Their forum is dead, no recent posts. No significant reviews. No clear and concise before and after images. They just look like a defunct operation. So I'm very curious as to what drew you in.

I'm asking this without judgement so others might read this. Was it the promised volume? Price?

As for your situation... it's so strange that you got 80 cc and gains have vanished. I feel like if this was recent... Maybe you're the fortunate victim to a thankful bait and switch? You should be able to feel 80cc of anything. If you feel nothing... What if this guy is a victim of the ultimate bait and switch? They used saline or some cheap foreign HA, pump him up, take his money and send him just for it all to vanish.

I must have totally misread his comment the first time. If he was implying that most or all of his product is gone, than it almost certainly wasn't silicone oil (doubt that much could migrate in the short-term), and your guess as to saline water or cheap, imported Hyaluronic Acid (HA) may be far more plausible. Makes you wonder which is worse? Well silicone oil is of course, but at least in that sense you would have at least had Girth, but a total bait and switch? Oof, Dan never ceases to amaze (or depending on who you ask, disappoint).

OP is a bit unclear but I read this as saying the filler is not evenly placed in the penis, not that it has gone away.

Thanks for the clarification, either way, an indictment & red flag of S-L-E nonetheless. I should point out Dr. Camacho parted ways with Dan, for reasons not entirely clear, but it wouldn't shock me in the least if all the warnings sent Dr. Camacho's way weren't plainly obvious.

Dan has partnered with many Doctors he's successfully sales pitched to for nearly two decades, all of which abandoned him for one reason or another. Dan's approach comes off as someone who is on the hunt for someone as unscrupulous as him, and any Doctor who decides that he's worth sticking around for long-term is a guy I wouldn't trust, and someone that should have his Medical Credentials re-examined.

I should also point out that in years/decades past, Dan mostly dealt with American (State-side) Doctors. Now I think he sees Mexico as more favorable, or for all I know, is simply to afraid to return to States (beats me).

I may be mistaken too! Just was hoping for clarification. And it's also why I'm asking about the mentality behind his decision to go there. Hopefully he had the harmless variety of product swap if indeed it seems to be gone.

On a related note, I was at Avanti about a year ago and saw they had a third doctor listed, a Dr. Camacho. Knowing S-L-E previously worked with a Dr. Camacho and the small world of Phalloplasty, I was concerned. I asked Dr. Morales about this and she was aware of that Dr. Camacho and that he'd worked with Salas but that this was a different doctor, a young Dermatologist. I haven't seen anything on the board about him since so my guess is he's working on the Dermatology side not Girth enhancement. Or maybe he's in training. Either way it was a relief. Not that AD would ever hire an ex S-L-E guy but I wanted to ask.

In fairness to the Dan-related Dr. Camacho, I think he was suckered by Dan and not so much in cahoots (an explicit understanding of Dan's intentions) with him (however I could be wrong). They didn't last long together and so that is more indicative that Dr. Camacho likely felt he was either mislead, or felt their relationship was not appropriate long-term.

You have to keep in mind that Dan at the surface-level has a resume (when not heavily scrutinized) that makes him appear to be the world's leading Patient Coordinator, having worked with a multitude of Physicians spanning decades, so I'm not going to bash Dr. Camacho for his initial impressions of Dan's qualifications -- in other words, without intimate knowledge of his scummy past, you might be willing to hear his pitch.

Yes It is just Uneven on the bottom 1/3rd of my shaft it doesn’t look bad or super noticeable. I just wanted to even it out if possible. I do believe I was injected with Linea safe PMAA I just don’t think they gave me a full 80cc because that doesn’t even seem possible to put that much fluid in the shaft even with being 9.75in in length, I do have a video showing the process and they injected it on the backside of the penis in two different spots and had to stitch it up after. Right after the procedure when I changed the dressing my penis was about 7.25 in Flaccid Girth when I was previously 5.5 in Erect Girth before the procedure and maybe 4.5in Flaccid. After a couple months when my body absorbed whatever solution the filler was in I ended up at 6.75 in Erect Girth and 6in in Flaccid Girth so they must have put a good amount in to add 1.25in Girth but I just don’t believe it was 80CC. I’m hoping it’s PMMA but I can’t say for certain as I was put under anesthesia and they boxes of Linnea safe could have been swapped out.
