Contemplating dissolving HA

Hi All - I started with juvederm injections in 2021 having had 45 ml in total over 5 sessions .

I don’t regret it but I feel like I’m constantly having to chase correcting imperfections and try to work around the squishy feeling during sex.

Ultimately I’d like to revert back to my old penis and try the @P-Long protocol and then potentially do Ellanse for a more natural firm solution. Or I may forgo filler altogether. @P-Long do you see any issue with dissolving then going forward with the protocol?

I’ve read posts by @Androfill where they said we need to get past the idea that HA can be totally dissolved due to collagen encapsulation. Has anyone successfully dissolved their HA and reverted back to their old penis ?

Hi,
I have had a small amount of HA dissolved and a large amount of it went away within minutes and the rest over 1-2 days. I’d say approach this cautiously if you are even somewhat happy with the result especially if you want the full lot to be dissolved because you may run into difficulty dissolving some encapsulated areas but these areas may surface in the future due to less exposure to your natural Hyaluronidase . For those who will be wondering I had some dissolved it was because of a bit of migrations to the base of my penis because I had sex a little bit prematurely (after 10 days) and the filler evidently hadn’t set. But I’m very satisfied with my results now . Are you finding these imperfections are arising over time or is it more a case of imperfections right after the procedure?

Hi thanks for the reply. The imperfections seem to show as the filler breaks down . My main reason I’m contemplating dissolving it is because I find it too weak / soft and makes having sex difficult unless I have a Cock ring on.

Exactly what type of HA do you have? I have a fair bit of Revanesse Ultra and I find it about the right type of soft when Flaccid and firm when hard (it doesn't bunch up or anything odd during sex).

Ah I see, perhaps some areas of your penis have greater blood flow / lymphatic coverage leading to greater rates of dissolving in certain areas

Have you had no issues whatsoever with Ellanse? What made you go from HA to Ellanse?
