TOPIC: Ellanse prep and aftercare?

Can someone point me to the Ellanse filler prep and aftercare? I’ll be heading to TJ soon and want to follow for the best result.

As for your question - your best bet is to follow the guidance given by the Clinic when you go. You can always look upon Ellanse progress reports for additional guidance, but trust that Avanti Derma has performed more of these than anyone on the Western Hemisphere and know their stuff.

Thanks SO! This will be my second round. My first round was a year and a half ago then Covid grounded me a bit. I followed Chester’s pre-op and Texas’s post-op protocols and found them to be spot on. I do trust Avanti but I forget if it’s not written down. I’ll keep looking.

are you staying in TJ for your after care or leaving right away?

I dont feel there is enough emphasis on keeping the penis stretched out and pointed downward during the post op "curing " phase. There are a handful of different contraptions that can be used and combined to achieve this. It just takes some diligence.

Hey Texas! I’ll be staying in TJ for 3 days so I can concentrate on aftercare with Ian. I agree with keeping the unit pointed down and stretched which is why I stood for most of round 1. My back and feet killed me after 5 days of that. I wish there was a better way.

The stretcher that AD provides is cheap and does the trick, however there is a flaw...the product accumulated at the noose.

Can you share the Afzercare Instructions from TJ with me? I get Ellanse soon in UK. I have a phallosan forte stretcher and wonder how to use it for best results. You say it should point down but on the other hand the filler moves then down?
My clinice says I shouls keep my unit in supportive underweard and here and then mold the filler.
