What methods you used to reduce penile pain?

I’m curious to know what people did to reduce penile pain after surgery or filler procedure? Especially Erection pain or pain in general.

Me personally I have to say surprisingly salonpas patch (regular strength), which I couldn’t find any mention on the internet . But it stopped the painful Erection,Priapism and all the pain subsided in matter of few seconds. Better than taking Advil or so. I’m curious is anyone tried similar or reason behind it.

I had filler done, so my penis was sore and when I get Erection pain was even worse
