TOPIC: Glans Augmentation

A subject that comes up frequently is, is there a procedure to increase the size of your glans? The only current procedure is is having HA injected into the coronal ridge. This results in a very modest increase. The Good news is that there is surgeon out of Cairo Egypt that performs a permanent increase to the glans area His name is Dr. Osama Shaeer. I have included a link to a You Tube video which shows the actual surgery. I hope you guys find it interesting.

I actually thought there was a big difference on the width. I would like to see more photos of other patients.

Supposedly Loria in Florida does glans augmentation. Based on the web site it sounds like he’s using something permanent—but takes more trips because there a limited amount you can put in each time. Has anyone done this with Loria? If so, can they attest to how he does it and whether it’s permanent?

Has anyone here done HA in glans? Dr. Mirza offers it and not sure if it’s worthwhile or even safe.

Stay CLEAR away. You don't want to mess with permanent glans enhancement! A the very least, don't have it injected by a guy who specialized in nutrition & hair restoration for most of his "professional" career (Dr. Loria). Yeesh!

Glans are arguably the trickiest to augment (perhaps even more so than length, although that's arguable). Anatomically, the glans present a challenge for the injector (irrespective of skill) when it comes to getting anything above "negligible" gains. Personally, I've never seen (on forums and through emails) a noticeably significant result that wasn't aesthetically irregular, or ended up in complication(s).

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is, in my opinion, the best filler for glans enhancement application.

Well, this is a good question. One that probably should involve a diagram I (for whatever reason) cannot find. Let me get back to you on this in the near future, but suffice it to say, dermal fillers injected into such a thin layer sounds a like a recipe for complication.

Actually, I just saw the answer last night from Dr C (I think). I don't remember which topic it was in, but he said that the reason is that since the layer is so thin, the risk of accidentally injecting so that it goes into the bloodstream is high, with all the potential damage that can imply. HA is apparently tolerated much better in the bloodstream so the risk is far lower. If you search, I'm sure his answer can be found if you search hard enough. His answer is much more complete.

Dr Shaeer has been very innovative in the area of penile surgery and published extensively. A lot of what he does looks very invasive to me but maybe to a Urologist it is an every day thing.

Man, I think its awesome to hear doctors acknowledge other doctors. Hats off to you.

To this particular post, this augmentation does look invasive for sure, but it could very well be an option some guys with very small glans who have no way to enhance it. BIG surgery though for sure.

This is very interesting. I’m gonna look more into this as I definitely need glans enhancement. And for any naysayers PMMA/injectables was a weird/crazy idea 10 years ago on the PhalloBoards 1.0 forum until a few brave guys took one for the team and now look at us.. lol. It’s the main source of Girth enhancement now.. haha

Edit: after watching the video looks very invasive and painful ouch. That’s probably gonna be a no for me, lol.
