I'm glad you found us. And.. this is obviously my personal opinion, and I'm sure there are people that will disagree with me, and you didn't mention you size, so I'm not sure how badly you need that length. But, I wouldn't do the lig cut. Honestly. Unless you are micro penis and it will make a drastic difference. I'm not an expert on it by any means, but I did look into it years ago, but there are stories of guys (if they don't stick to the stretching regime) that actually end up being shorter. Scars are nasty, etc, etc. Stick with
PMMA or
Ellanse. Most report a difference (me included) of better
Flaccid hang after fillers. That might get you what you need.
Anyway, don't want to discourage you, obviously it's your decision. If you ARE going to go through with it, reach out to Dr.
Carney in Atlanta. That's where I would go.
