TOPIC: Your experience with ligament release?

I read a post by Dr. Carney with a very lengthy description of this procedure in which he warns that it is not a good choice if you enjoy 'rodeo sex' due to a 'softness' at the base? Can anyone who has actually had this procedure speak to this and maybe explain better exactly what he's talking about?

I had this procedure done. And it actually improved my sex life and positions I could attempt. Before I had a very high pointing immobile Erection. Since suspensory release it allowed my Erect penis to move and accommodate any direction or position. I think length and flexibility are the 2 most beneficial factors for advanced sexual positions.

Was their any difficulty in cowgirl positions?

None. I had mine done by dr rosenthal in 2011.

Before lig release no issues with cowgirl, but I could not do "reverse cowgirl". After lig release my penis will pretty much accommodate any direction or position I want. It does not feel unstable at all. It's just way more flexible in my opinion. I think EQ might be a bigger reason for instability. I'm very active (cycling, running, weights) and eat healthy so I think that goes a long way. Rosenthal did my procedure as well.
