I scheduled my appointment back in December, and ordered a stretcher at the same time from ESL40. As I'm sure some of you know, their website accepts payments... But doesn't ship anything out. I'm now a week away from my appointment and having trouble finding a stretching alternative for post-filler care.
I'll be posting before and after pictures of the procedure along with a write up, but I want to make sure everything goes smoothly before then. Does anyone have a suggestion for stretcher I could get at short notice that would work for this (grabs just the glans/head)?
Thanks in advance.

6 years 6 months ago #1308696276How long are you staying there? I'd definitely recommend staying for 2 or 3 days and Ian will help you out with moving product around if you need it. He is great!
Good luck and we look forward to your progress report!

What exactly does your aftercare routine look like for this procedure?

I'm not exactly sure but I'm willing to bet it's very similar to the PMMA post-op protocol which can be found in numerous threads on both this and the old forum. I'm going to see if I can get my Sponsors to publish a general "what to expect" after care infographic to paint a better overall picture of what to expect.

6 years 6 months ago #1308696307For those of us who are new to PE, having a guide of best practices, or after care manuals provided by sponsors of this forum and non-sponsors posted with their permission, I think would be most helpful to many of us to gain a clear understanding, especially since proper after care, is important to the overall success of the procedure.

Re: Ellanse Procedure with Avanti, advice?
6 years 6 months ago #1308696308Post Care Action:
Immediate and continuous stretcher (6-10 hours per day ) attached to glans only for 96 hours . Thereafter 2-3 hours a day till day 22
Massage (a video would be good ) from circ scar down, pressure on injection points , rolling , every 2-3 hours for 3-5 minutes for 5 days
Pumping after day 21 .. 3-5 pressure , 3-5 minutes .
No sex for 7 days
Stay as inactive as possible for 2-3 days after procedure .
Normal Exercise after day 4-5
Keep it warm
Stay in TJ for 2-3 days .
Effects on penis :
Swelling for 7-14 days
Bruising for 5-7 days
Product stays visible /malleable for 4-5 days
Lumps and nodules become visible once swelling drops .
Most attenuate within 3-12 weeks .
Residual lumps and nodules can be camouflaged ( additional product ) or treated with Kenalog in 1-3 later touch up visits ( at least 8 weeks after procedure ) (helps a lot ) and/or more product can be introduced .
Oh average gains ( for average penis ) : .5 inches for 10ml of Ellanse . Slightly less on average for subsequent rounds .
More than 25 percent increase in Girth could create the pig in look or disproportionate shaft to glans .
Very hard to get product at very base leaving a slight taco look only when Flaccid .
Lumps can be felt when Flaccid and seen best when stretched . Typically not visible or palpable Erect .
I’m sure there is tons missed — just trying to get the basic info .

Collagen supplements may help with Ellanse overall gain as it is a biostimulatory filler
Heat and roll every one to two hours
Basically, whenever you're awake, you should be in a stretcher/extending
Wait a week post procedure to have any sex
Use acetaminophen for pain
Roll at injection points to discourage clumping
Don't sleep without a sock (this is something I think is provided by the doctor?)
I forget who, but there were others who took some drugs to prevent Turtling (Prazosin) or stay hard (viagra) but I don't have my hands on either.

On a side note, should I start a different thread for a before and after write up with photos?

Question to all the (few) people who had Ellanse already: does it depends on the procedure, why the product can't be spread all over the shaft to get an even result?
