TOPIC: My PMMA Journey w/ Avanti

Been reading the research and forums for a couple months now and decided to go for it.

I booked an appointment with Avanti Derma the first week of August. I opted for the Signature Package.

Looking for any advice, tips, and words of encouragement!

Specifically, what can I do to be the ideal candidate?

Before pictures attached.

Beginning measurements:

Flaccid Girth: 4”

Erect Length: 7”
Erect Girth: 4.5”

Goal Girth: 5.5”

In short:

-Follow the instructions to the letter.
-Stay close to the clinic for a few days.
-Don't make the mistake of using it in the days following the procedure.
-Stay calm because how it looks in the first few days won't be how it looks in 2 months.
-Remind yourself that often a second procedure is needed to correct mistakes from the first one, as we've seen with several people here.
-Manage your expectations and don't imagine a perfect result.

Circ scar is relatively far from glans, there won't be any filler placed above there generally (I think this varies depending on circ scar heals internally, but IANAD)

However I will say this.

Every log that shows positive results and happy men with PMMA is full of comments.

There are few logs with detailed evidence of people talking about pain, swelling, infection, etc etc and those logs don’t get any attention.

I got my PMMA done two weeks ago. I have pain when Erect. I’ve lost length, maybe an Inch. Idk when this pain will go away or when my length will return - I hope it does.

Right now, I regret doing it. This website was the main motivation to do PMMA. I didnt know what it was before I visit this site.

Hey, everyone heals differently. And most of us either head to Rupeka or Avanti Derma for our procedures, which have been overwhelmingly positive. I hope you got it somewhere reputable.

I too will say that it was this website that helped me take the leap. And this group specifically where I found support when I was initially regretting the procedure. If you took the time to focus on a lot of those stories, including mines, you would note that there are always ups and downs during the healing period.

Trust the process, start some light stretching using and ADS, prepare for pumping (by week 6), and you’ll be alright. Start distracting yourself with other tasks. And try to focus on the positive.

They are few, (and not many fortunately), but they do get attention. However, we're at the mercy of updates from the original poster, which the Readership cannot control. I want to stress that no procedure is without risk. One has to ask their self if the risk is worth the gain, and PMMA (relatively speaking) has met what many would consider an acceptable risk threshold all things considered - but again, NOT without risk!

In defense of the PhalloBoards, you have to be searching penis enlargement (or reading about it) to find this site; your motivations were always there. This site simply provided you with authentic information from patient reporting spanning over a decade. You ultimately became the decision maker (a.k.a. informed consumer). I think it isn't fair to lay that sort of burden on the site is all I'm saying.

Hello everyone!

I had the procedure today. I cannot believe how smoothly everything went.

Dra. M. and Ian are amazing as advertised. Great hygiene and decorum. The entire procedure was painless.

I ended up getting 20cc of 30% and 1cc of 10%.

Resting now, going back to the clinic shortly.

Ready for the ups and downs that come with the recovery. Will post photos soon.

Quick PSA: Make sure to bring pesos for food. I am paying with USD, and paying a pretty steep gringo tax.

Everything is going well although I know the hard part is just beginning. Ian has been amazing.

I am massaging about every hour and wearing a stretcher constantly. I think I am starting to get the technique down.

A decent amount of filler moved below the bottom side of my penis—see photo two. I am slowly moving the filler back into the shaft. Any tips?

A couple quick questions for the experts:

Around what day do nodules begin to form? Currently there are no clumps but I suspect that is because of how fresh it is.

If I understand correctly you're on day 2 right? Microwave a super damp rag for 90 seconds and wrap it as much as hot as you can tolerate. Keep it wrapped about 30 seconds or so and roll it like Ian showed you (using your thumbs). By day 3 or so it’s all settled.
Honestly it looks pretty uniform. Congrats!!!

About 36 hours post-procedure now, and things have been going smoothly.

My penis is still pretty swollen, and this point it is hard to tell how much size I gained.

My penis, scrotum, and public area are all very sore and inflamed. I suspect it is all part of the process of encapsulating PMMA in collagen.

Using a hot towel to warm up the penis before massaging has been very helpful. There was a couple ridges forming around the Circumcision scar that I was able to smooth out.

I am wearing the extender as much as I can bear. Luckily, my penis doesn’t naturally retract very far.

Obviously I am still swollen, so current measurements with a grain of salt:

Starting Flaccid Girth: 4” throughout
Current Flaccid Girth: 5” in the middle

Very excited for the results. Can anyone estimate when I will know my finals gains?

Quick update. I am one week in today and I have noticed some big changes overnight.

The swelling went down pretty dramatically and now my penis is much harder. It is also more painful. I am assuming this is from inflammation beginning the process of building collagen.

Still happy with the results—not perfect, but still way better than what I started with.

Quick update with some questions.

Going well! Penis seems to be healing on schedule. Really enjoying the extra size (EG right now is ~6”) but trying to keep in mind that the swelling will continue to go down.

Now, the questions:

First, I have developed a Nodule the size of a pea on the underside of my penis, above the Circumcision scar. Is there any way to minimize this? I have been massaging it fairly rigorously with no result. It doesn’t bother me all too much because it isn’t noticeable while Erect. Is it pointless to keep working at it?

Second, does anyone know how AD determines what ratio of PMMA to inject? (10% vs 30%). I am just curious because I notice that everyone receives a different ratio.
