Round 3 with Avanti Derma

I just booked my next Utmost Package with Avanti Derma for June! I’m planning on this round being more successful than round 2. Unfortunately I didn’t have enough space and could only fit 15x30% and 2x10% of the Linnea. I’m taking some time between now and my next round to pump a lot to help expand and stretch the tissue to be able to make room for more filler this time.
I’m about 9 weeks out from round two and I’d say I’ve gained about .25” in Girth. Flaccid Girth around 5.5” while my Erect Girth is around 5.75”. I’ve attached a few healed pics from round 2.

Hey thanks for sharing, I managed to fit a bit more this round. Like 18x30 and 4x10 but I am only about 7 in bone pressed so it definitely looks like a pig in a blanket now.

I remember you saying you were at 6in Girth post procedure. Did it go down these last few weeks?

I have a few more days to pump before I have to stop. Ian says to stop pumping about a week out from your procedure to make sure there’s no extra fluid in the penile tissue. I can easily pump to 6.25” and if I really push it I can hit 6.5”. I’m really hoping to hit a .5” gain with this round like I did my first round. I’m not setting any expectations for this 3rd round because I know the body is gonna do what it wants and heal however it wants. I’m taking my Cialis, Anavar and my personal red light panel to help do whatever I can to optimize my healing.

Ah I pumped up until the day before. It just passed 2 months since my visit to Avanti so I started back doing PE again. I want to do more extending before for go back for round 3.

Did you get anavar in Mexico? I keep seeing multiple people swear by that for recovery but I figure too many risks involved with steroids.

No I have a hookup here. Just started it recently for some body goals I have but then I was reading it’s really good for collagen production and all that so I figure it’ll be an added bonus this round! It’s hard to guess how many more rounds I’m gonna need to hit my 7” goal so I’m gonna do everything I can to help the healing process along.

Good luck.

Btw did you get any nodules from your previous procedures? Avanti offered to dissolve mine at the same time as applying new filler but I was worried it would mess with my results so I opted not to.

This is the 4th procedure for you? I wonder i remember them saying it gets harder to put filler in because of scar tissue?

Hey thanks man! It’s my 3rd procedure here at Avanti. My first procedure was a failed one in Florida. I do have a couple of little nodules so we will see what she thinks once she gets in there. I’m just hoping I pumped enough to be able to accommodate a decent amount of filler this time.

Another successful trip! They were able to fit 15x30% and 4x10% this time! I was worried due to the “tight fit last time”. I put a bit more effort into pumping and wearing my Hanger this time. So now it’s like waiting for a big reveal HA HA HA

6/18 My entry points are all closed and I had my red light and blue light therapy today. The only soreness I have is from where she did the Botox injections. Penis seems fine and is in a great shape right now so I haven’t messed with it too much aside from Hanging.

That's a weapon already, but I hope you get the gains you want! How often are you massaging? And many days are you staying in TJ (assuming you're going back to Avanti for checkups)?

How's the hotel btw? Does it have everything you need for recovery?

Hey thanks man! I’m only massaging a couple times a day. I haven’t had to move too much filler this round as things are sitting right where I want. When i come, I stay 4 days. It gives me time to get it done and get in all my aftercare and relax a bit before flying back home.

As for the hotel, it’s good! There’s food here and in close enough proximity. There’s a little shop inside the hotel/medical tower where I get my water and snacks. There’s no microwave here for the hot towels the guys recommend but I typically do that when I get home if I need to.

Damn bro that looks pretty even. Did you have any nodules that they treated with Kenalog?

What Girth would you say you're at now? Is that like 6.75? I'm using a pump cylinder close to my current Girth like 2 Inch diameter so I can focus on head expansion.

But I had to wait 2 months before I could do that after the procedure. I think I might try and do as much extending as possible for 6 months before I go back.

Did they do any injections at the base? I noticed a slight gap at my base but you can't visually see it on mine. But you can feel at the base where the filler begins. Is it the same for you? I think the user 6x7 did a session just for filler at the base of his penis. I wonder if at the end we'll need to do that.

Anyway looks great man. That's my goal. It will probably just take me longer...

Hey man! I’m not sure if she used any Kenalog because I never really watch. HA HA. She didn’t mention it so maybe not.

So far I’ve swollen up to about 6.5” Erect but now I’m down to about 6.25” uniformly along the shaft. Flaccid I’d say I’m about 5.75”. My goal Girth is 7” so I still have a ways to go.

I had to pump quite a bit between rounds and had to retire my 2” tube. I bought a 2.125” and a 2.25” tube as upgrades. I’m hoping I can pack the 2.125” tube soon after I’m healed up.
