TOPIC: No gains after HA?

About a week ago I got HA at PhalloFILL. I measured 4.75” max when Erect at mid shaft. Every 3 days I remove the silicon for cleaning and this last time I was pretty Erect so I measured and I got 4.75”. I’m not optimistic that it will be much higher than that when I’m at maximum Girth, at best like another 1/8”. I was expecting to be 5” after the first round. My penis looks identical really. My shaft has faint ridges in it and I expected those to become obscured by the filler a bit, but the texture doesn’t seem to have changed at all. I was very Flaccid when changing the tube for bed just now (at their advice), bordering on retracted, and in a Flaccid state it looked like it always has too. Girth measurements vary so I can’t absolutely dismiss the idea that it’s just measurement variance, but it sure seems like I didn’t gain anything from this first round.

I’m longer than average, so I got 8 units per treatment, which is about $4,400 per treatment. I was hoping to gain 3/4” for about $13,200 over 3 treatments. At this rate if I’m gaining less than 1/8” (if any) at a time it’s getting closer to like $30,000 and 6+ treatments.

I couldn’t get after pictures yet since just had the sleeve off for washing. I’m still holding out hope that I’m wrong, but I’m pretty bummed out right now, anxious. I’m cleared for sex on Saturday so I’ll get proper-hard and get pictures then.

I’m mostly just venting, but I do wonder if this happens sometimes with HA or am I probably just mistaken. If this does happen sometimes is it better on second treatments or is there anything to be done about it?

It’s day 10 so I was able to mess around with my wife. I had some irritation with the skin around the base so we took it easy. I was able to do a better measurement. It seems like it’s about 1/8” from the 8 units, which is about half of what was expected. My penis looked different from when I washed last. When I washed, as I mentioned it looked like my normal penis, but today I could tell it was different, the texture had changed (which is what I expected). All in all, it’s a modest change but it honestly look 100% natural—no exaggeration.

I’m less bummed out about it now, it seemed like it was no-change which would have bad, but 1/8” is workable, it will just take more sessions than I planned. I can accept that.

Once I’m fully healed in a week or two, I’ll take some progress pictures to share.

Stick with it you’re doing the right approach - slow and steady in small volumes is the way to go with HA. My biggest increase that was noticeable was round 1 > 2. I went from “you have a nice Cock” to “omg you’re huge” . I’m also above avg and had a higher initial amount than you so it’s not a surprise you didn’t see a huge difference. I’d stick with it and the HA absorbs water over the first three weeks before it hits maximum volume. I also found that it take 6-12 weeks before it feels fully integrated into the tissue. Pics are always helpful to the forum but everyone has their own comfort level with posting

I’ll post some proper before and after pics. I was going to wait, as you kind of suggested, until everything had settled. My Dick looks pretty wild right now. I have what I would call “cast skin”. My skin has like built up, it’s not shedding, and then when I get Erect, all that skin cracks. It’s pretty wild lol.

The sleeve comes off the first Wednesday and December. Maybe a couple of days after that after the skin has chilled out, I’ll do a proper progress thread.

I’ve had about 8 treatments over 4 years at PhalloFILL. Enough to say I’m still learning but I’m familiar with their process and HA injections.

1. It seems like you’ve learned it takes a few days to really see the difference. It really does feel and look natural. Just bigger. You should see between .25 and .33 gains each session.

2. After my second visit I experienced a decent amount material loss into the body cavity due to my own personal anatomy. I retract quite a bit and the sleeve just seemed to compress the filler out like a tube of toothpaste whenever I became Erect when wearing it. This was mainly a problem at nighttime. With some trial and error including a couple of treatments with little gain Ive modified my own post treatment protocol to wearing the sleeve with a snug but not tight loop style Cock ring during the day.

I don’t wear the sleeve at night but do continue to wear the loop. This will likely get some negative feedback as wearing a ring while sleeping is a big no no. I’m very familiar with wearing Cock rings. It’s just snug enough to hold the material not snug enough to induce or even maintain an ejection. With this change in protocol I’m back to seeing predictable gains each visit vs little to no gain.

I think the sleeve PhalloFILL came up with is a great idea, it just wasn’t the best thing for me personally.

It’s interesting you do that, PhalloFILL gave me a lanyard style Cock ring to wear 24/7. Mr. Moore said it was a new thing they were trying to prevent exactly what you’re talking about. Maybe they heard you out and are testing a new protocol.

Being new will all this, how did you find the right doctor, procedure and treatment that was good

So, Mr. Moore is an Aesthetician. He developed his procedure himself with some differences. I actually had looked into fillers in the past and dis used it based on the results. I didn’t like the appearance and extreme changes.

I saw Mr. Moore on Your Mom’s House podcast on YouTube, and the way he spoke about the procedure and what he aims for made me rethink my aversion to it. Specifically he discussed how he only does small amounts at a time so he can tune the result, he mentioned that he turns patients away if he thinks they’ve had too much, and he mentioned the use of the silicone tube as a compression dressing that keeps the penis extended to enforce an even distribution of the product.

There was something about the way he spoke about the procedure and the things he cared about that made me rethink things and start looking at his results, which I was impressed with.


There’s actually a PhalloFILL clinic in my home state, where the procedure is performed by a Urologist. But I drove to Dallas to have Mr. Moore do it because I trusted him more..

I likely received the same one you did. I also had the same issue with the skin damage from the ring. I considered it minor and discontinued using the loop to let it heal.

On Monday i do my first 20ml.
My plan is to do 20ml then after 6-8 weeks another 20ml. I want a big increase even tho I’m already M/L. Having said that, we all no it’s expensive, after the 2nd session my plan is do to maintenance every 10-12 months 10ml i will use teysol ultra deep filer. 32 and i dont do cardio but i work out in the gym as a natural bodybuilder 5 times a week. Do u guys think 10ml will be enough for maintenance maybe even slight growth? I’m just scared the HA breaks down very fast. Any takes on this? Expirience? What’s the best protocol? Thanks guys!

I’m a young natural bodybuilder. I’m also Large already and will do 20ml with of teosyal ultra deep and 6 weeks after another 20. How much ml do u do after for maintenance? I thought of doing 10ml? And hope that’s enough yearly, can u share with me how many ml u did per session? And in total? And how u continue going for it to maintain? Thanks bro

I’ve had 10 units and see barely if any gains. Pretty sad about it.

I found I was losing filler down the shaft and being lost in the body cavity. Most likely due to retraction.

Last treatment I wore a loose cockring at my base and left it on a few days after the procedure. Results were much better.
