TOPIC: I regret my decision so much right now

Wednesday 25th October I was injected with 10 syringes of Bellafill by dr Rupeka.
After the procedure I went quickly very swollen and bruised, so it was difficult to identify the spots to massage. I did my best anyway and followed the texas plan for the 3 first days.

Now 5 days later the swelling is almost completely gone and I am left with something very bad, all the fillers seems to have accumulated in the skin at one spot forming a nodulus cord all along the shaft. My shaft doesnt even feel bigger, just have this very thick noodle on one side. It feels like a pack of veins with hard grains inside.
It is a little painful if I massage the large grain in the middle.

I called the clinic about it and the doctor doesnt event want to talk to me on the phone, just tol his assistant to tell me that everything is normal and to apply warm compresses.

I am more scared about potential complications than even the aesthethics.

Since it's so close to the injection date, he may be asking you to let the inflammation settle before he will see you. I had similar experience and once the inflammation settled more, we were able to develop a plan. It's hard to see the true status of it when it's inflamed like that or where/how big the nodules are.
I support you in taking time, following his direction. I documented my progress almost daily and took/sent pics every 3 days to my doc per in instructions. It helped to see changes when I could not necessarily feel them

like i told you through private message let the inflammation go down and see what you actually have to deal with. I went through the same exact thing except the nodules remained even 7 months after so its a game plan they will tell you nothing is perfect after 1 round expect more work done to achieve the look you want. When it comes to fillers its usually 2 or 3 procedure to get it right. I just dont believe in blending nodules with more fillers as its horrible for blood flow.

You just had it done. Bellafill isn't an instant end result or one and done thing. Chill. Leave it alone aside from whatever after care the doc provided.

I see no abnormalities that would warrant concern, especially 5+ days post-op. This is part of the recovery phase, your penis is going to swell, bruise, and not look so pretty for a bit while your dermis (penile shaft skin) accommodates itself to the newly acquired collagen in the coming days & weeks.

I know you guys think Im exaggerating because it's been only 5 days ( 6 now) but if you could feel what's inside my penis you would say differently.
I have something like a pack of nodulous grains thats feels veiny all along th shaft of my penis down where it is attached to pelvis on the right side, as on the left side everything is smooth apart from one rice grain sized Nodule.
You cant see much on the pictures I agree but it for sure feels like something is not right and wont go away by itself or with simple heating and massaging.

Now my goal with this post is not to blame the dr or just to complain, I want to discuss potential solutions if these nodules persist.
Although, the doctor is kind of ghosting me right now which for sure doesnt help.

I think at this stage it's so early even if a solution is needed, we wouldn't know WHAT to advise because you're feeling a deposit of carrier gel that contains microbeads. Until Those microbeads are covered in collagen (and they will be, and every Dick is going ot respond differently), none of us - the doctor included - would know what would need to be revised.

Carrier gel+beads feel one way, the final product once collagen forms feels another. Sand and pearls, same basic theory. I suspect worst case it's still palpable BUT it feels more like flesh than something foreign, you get a touch up with more filler to smooth out gaps, and all is well.

100% this ⬆️ you should NOT be wearing a Cock ring until at least 3 to 4 weeks post procedure.

It doesn’t look awful but doesn’t look amazing. Give it two more rounds and I bet you end up with an aesthetic result.

Any updates? Did everything turn out ok?

it turned out not too bad, still have a few nodules left but they are barely visible. I had a few sessions of shockwave/electroschock therapy to break down the nodules in the months after the surgery and the time did the rest of the job.

Did it settle and become uniform throughout? How much Girth did you gain? Ty

here is a recent picture, you can see little bumps and when I touch there is like a noodle under my skin going from the base like almost pelvic bone to the mid shaft and then around it, if that makes sense. I will maybe remove it surgically this year but Im not sure yet, it doesnt bother me so much anymore and probably give me a couple millimeters on Girth. Regarding my size I used to be 4.3 inches Girth and now Im close to 5 but its mostly due to the daily pumping I have been doing for over a year now.

Due to my experience I cant recommend fillers because the outcome are too unstable and it was psychologically very hard to deal with, also there are little solutions to correct bad outcomes and they can cost a lot of money, corrective surgery can cost over 20k usd. I would rather recommend the stretching + pumping protocol from Dr Hink (Youtube), you can gain 0.5 inches in Girth in 6 months quite easily, even more if youre persistent over time.

I was a little uneven after my first pmma procedure but my last trip to Avanti fixed that.
