Starting MSEG: 4.5"
Round 1 MSEG: 5.5"
Round 2 MSEG: ???

As I prepare for round 2, I wonder if any veterans have comments or advice on how the second round is after already doing the first? Does the product react differently, can you expect a difference in the outcome, or is it simply more of what I already know? Especially in terms of gains? I'm asking for another round of maximum volume, aesthetics aside, and will go for Round 3 if necessary to balance things out later. Hoping to land at 6.25+ and be done with volume. At that girth, I could easily bathmate pump over 7" if I wanted to for those extra freaky nights. I thought I'd be happy with less girth, but the wife can fucking take it, so she's gonna get more.

I will only be staying 1 night this time. I'll be taking a much different approach to my post-procedure care, really focusing on moving the product and getting an erection within the first 12 hours. I'm convinced that after 12 hours, this stuff can be moved around sure, but it's mostly locked into place in terms of manipulation by that point. Therefore if I find any issues I'm gonna work really hard on that the first night, get my LED treatment the next morning and go home. I'm going to take my own metal roller of some kind to smooth it out. The one they give you is too small for that.

I'm still about 11 days out. I promise to post photos and updates just like I did for Round 1.

Great questions. I’m going for round 2 next week. Same approach. Do two Utmosts for max gains and the 3rd visit for aesthetics.

I totally agree about your comment on getting that early Erection and focusing on moving it around early. I had a similar experience. It really isn’t moving after the first day. I do believe it is shapeable for a couple of weeks, but it isn’t moving anywhere after the first day.

I think for the most part it is more of what you already know with regard to how the product is going to settle, need attention, etc.
Gains, well that is a whole other ballgame. Some people see great gains on repeat visits. Some people see lesser gains on repeat visits. I had multiple visits. And with my second one I had very little gain, and it was the same amount as the first visit that I had great results from. Then my third visit I had good results again.

I read through your journey. I'm scheduled for round 1 late March 2023. Our circ scars are located pretty close to the same area, I'm taking supplements, so I'm hoping to get close to the same results as you. I'm glad you're happy with them. I'll definitely manipulate the filler within the first 12hrs like you said. How's the nodules around the injection sites now that it's been a while post op? Wishing you luck on round 2!

Could you take a picture of what kind of roller you recommend?

I've landed in San Diego and am now in the shuttle on the way to Avanti. 3 hours from now I should be getting started.

Round 2 Results:

17 total CC's... 7x30 and 10x10

For reference in round 1, I got 22 CC's, 17 of which were 30!! In other words, I got as much 30% in round 1 as I got in total in round 2. So this is a huge difference in the amount of filler I was given this time. Part of it is because I managed to somehow get a semi Erection during the procedure, which took up room and prevented more filler from being added. To everyone in the future, make sure you NEVER take viagra or Cialis even a few days before the procedure. I took Cialis a couple days ago and apparently it was enough to illicit a semi Erection even though I was numb and couldn't feel anything and wasn't thinking about anything. I'm extremely disappointed in myself for this. It's a lot of time, money, vacation days etc to do this procedure to miss out on some CC"s due to something like this. I'm beyond upset with myself.

Ian and Doctor Morales were both great again. She was very attentive to my problem area around my circ scar from round 1, which she clearly focused hard on to remedy. I think she did. She tried her best to get the filler in there. No idea what the final results will be of course, but I got well over twice the amount of 30% last time so it's hard to imagine I'll come close to the same gains in round 2. However, before being bandaged up, my Dick looked quite good. It looks/feels like I got a super duper touch up session. Here's to hoping I can walk away with 1/2" now!

Will update with pics later after unbandaging. Overall still very happy with Avanti, but very upset with myself.

5 hours after Round 2...

Got a 90% Erection.... sitting at 6.1 mseg. Willing to bet I settle somewhere in here. If it's anything like last time I'll have much more swelling tomorrow and the day after before it starts going away. Was sitting at 5.5 mseg Flaccid which is my previous mseg when Erect so it adds up and makes sense.

It's a more even and better aesthetic look now. The imbalances from round 1 are gone and I'm mostly smooth and even all around. The gap I had under my circ scar is filled in nicely and really makes it all look better. I think my mseg is going to be a little larger than my base now, but not sure you'd notice without pointing it out, measuring or it being your own Dick. We will see.

I'll post some cumulative before and after pics from natural to R1 and R2 later.

Another thing to note is that for those of us who have had a round 1, you can expect more bleeding the second time due to damaging all that new tissue you have and less room to work. Ian said it's fine if you bleed more after R2, it's normal.

Man I sure wish I could've gotten a few more ccs though! Now I've gotta debate a round 3 but at this point the money will be getting silly. Gonna wait and see how I level out.

Bro, don’t beat yourself up. The semi wasn’t the issue. The new tissue and less room for volume is. Second round on average seems to always be less than round 1. My round 2 was only 18cc’s vs round 1 which was 22cc’s. I talked to a guy that had 6 procedures. Four were full and two were aesthetics and top offs. His second round was only 16cc’s. So your 17 seems on average.

Likewise on the bleeding with round 2. You’ll be all good by day 3, but hammer those entry holes. Those aren’t scabs, so hammer them with massaging and the roller.

Your bruising is so light. I’m jealous.

Hey man, I've been following both your progress reports as I am thinking of going to Dr. Morales. We have very similar starting stats. I was just Dick shamed by a chick which really pushed me in the direction of getting this done. Unfortunately, I can't view your pics as I don't have a premium membership yet. I'm just a little worried because my circ scar is a little above mid shaft. Does this mean that PMMA won't work for me? I'm just scared that something bad will happen and I'll never be able to use my Dick again, sex won't feel the same, loss of sensitivity, etc. I really would like to get to between 5.5"-5.7" Erect Girth. Really nothing above 5.7". Would you recommend Dr. Morales?

It's nearly 8am here in Tijuana. I see Ian in an hour for my LED then I head for the airport. I'm measuring 6.5" Flaccid Girth so Erect I'd likely be 7". So swelling up of course as is bruising.

In round 1 I would leak naturally just at random and it would mostly be orange, likely prp. This time I leak only when I squeeze and it's mixed with blood. I always think the holes are healing up fast because they don't leak until I squeeze.

My perfect shape which I kept up throughout the night somewhat vanished when I woke for breakfast. But... I know the final result weeks from now will have a lot less nuance than it does right now too. So overall looking pretty good.
