TOPIC: PMMA Results - 7 Weeks After Procedure - Collagen Growth

Hello all,
I created previous thread documenting my journey of traveling to Avanti Derma and having a PMMA procedure ( feel free to check that previous thread out). Everything went great as far as the procedure, no complication and the hotel stay wasn't bad at all. But the only thing that I'm concerned about is the after growth that is suppose to occur because obviously I was a lot bigger about a week after the procedure , but the gains slowly started to diminish. Overall, I am definitely longer in a Flaccid state , but it seems I may only gotten about a .25 gain (if that) on Girth.

I have been taking collagen pills as well that were recommended by someone else on the thread, but I was just wondering if somebody could inform me about the collagen growth process.

Also, I'm not making this post to discourage anybody because it is a process and after all two treatments are recommended for optimal results anyway, however I created this thread so I could be further educated and if someone knew something that I didn't .

Do you drink? How’s your sleep? Diet? Age? Collagen pills will only work if the rest of your diet is well aligned and you’re getting the proper nutrients to build collagen.

I work out 5-6 days a week and I eat a pretty solid diet. I'm 23 and I sleep atleast 6-8 hours each night.

“Pretty solid diet” doesn’t really help the discussion. I have no idea what that means, how much processed food, nutrients or sugar you are eating.

Do you drink alcohol on a regular basis? Caffeine? Any other stimulants?

Working out would have little to do with collagen growth other than relieving stress which is bad for it. How is your stress otherwise? 6 hours of sleep is not enough.

only .25? um how much cc did you get cause i read great stories from other people here

if your not going up least a Inch seems really discouraging considering how much it cost

do you think 3 months between sessions is enough time for the collagen to grow so you get the best results?

yes 3500 is not bad at all it just sucks you need multiple visits to achieve a true goal. if im doing my math right with travel and hotel fees your looking at a total bill of 13k usd . not the worst but by no means cheap either

im gonna look into some loan options to see what is available for me cause i wanna experience my first round of PMMA in may this year ideally

3 months is usually the suggested minimum for a good result. 6 weeks is the earliest they’ll do it for you but not suggested for best result. If you do your second at three months, they’ll probably suggest that you wait 5-6 on your third.

With your starting size, you could possibly gain more than an Inch on your first round. Dr, Morales even posted here I think a 1.9 Inch round 1 gain from some guy who I think had similar stats.

@Unhung1 I’m sorry man. I’m dumb and didn’t read the beginning of this thread. I got confused with another user who got .25 inches on his second treatment 6 weeks after his first where he gained .75. I deleted that recent post post here. It’s hard to judge chop’s experience without knowing his gain from the gel. Again, if collagen growth is the issue here, then a good gain should have been measured before the carrier was gone. If there wasn’t a good measured gain with swelling and carrier soon after the procedure, I believe there is something else at play here. But it’s hard to determine relative swelling gains on the first round.

@Hyperbol How much did you gain on your first round?

Mostly .55 mid shaft, .6 in one spot mid. About .7 base. 12 cc Ellanse but I only really count 11. I don’t factor in the 1cc put in my inner skin.

hopefully they give me as close to 20cc as possible . is there a reason they could only do 12 on you?

With Ellanse, 10 to 12 is about the norm. With PMMA it is 18 to 20. It all depends on your length and how much will fit in evenly.

I don’t know when the low point was exactly. I didn’t measure because I didn’t want to be paranoid about it. I measured at 2 weeks and not again until ten weeks.
