Hi I was wondeing if anybody tried Dr. James J. Elist ? Im thinking to get penile enlargement surgery. But would like to see some reviews on Dr. James J. Elist . if anybody experienced him before let me know.

Advice: Make yourself completely forget about Elist. His implant has a horrible record, including men losing sensation, length and, worst of all, losing the ability to achieve an Erection.

The guy is morally corrupt.

I had a bad history of being accused an Elist shill, but can we at least revisit the evidence?Contacted him a week ago, and received an automatic response that contained Safety and Effectiveness study... LINK.Can we at least discuss that? There were people who had a bad experience with PMMA too, but we don't discredit it as a whole, we just use it as a precaution/warning. But every time someone considers the implant on this forum, he is hit with "There are horror stories, if you are going to undergo the surgery, you are going to be one of them".Let me know your thoughts about this.

OP- I suggest you do much more research. A few have had good testicle implant results, and many penile implant disasters.

I don't no of one single implant success story...as opposed to about 30+ disasters....

Of course. To give it any credit almost defeats the purpose of the forum. I can post links to Perovic's study on the very high success rate of PLGA scaffolds or Panilovs study of very high success rate of FFT. I could post a link to an Italian study on Macrolane with high success rate. But we know they are both total bullshit, as real world examples consistency have demonstrated this. The whole point of forums like this is so that we can review the reality of these procedures as opposed to simply believing the marketing. And all these types of studies are is marketing. The only places you will ever see these studies promoted are the sites of those selling the procedures. These Dr's pay to become members of medical societies that publish journals and hold events. The reason they are prepared to pay money to join these societies, that have absolutely no credibility or prestige, is because they allow them to present their results and publish in medical journals with little or no verification of their results. They can then cite these studies to legitimise their useless procedure.

Here is a great demonstration of my point. This is a study from over a decade ago carried out by a Dr Austoni.

It would be more appropriate if you shared your experience so others can learn from it. Simply bashing the doctor for the sake of bashing him is not what this forum is about. He's already earned whatever reputation he has through first-hand accounts, backed up credibly with photos, etc. You can follow suit, otherwise I'm advising you no longer post in this fashion.

I've had the surgery done and it's been almost a year. The only issue I've faced is seeing no increase in Erect length and slight discomfort where it feels like the implant is going to pierce the skin behind the glands of my penis. I have scheduled an appointment hoping that I will be cleared and sent home with reassurance that everything is fine. After reading that other people have gone through this and later forced to remove the implant concerns me a great deal. The initial surgery was pretty traumatizing as anyone can imagine so the thought of going under again and having that much trauma done to my penis makes me want to just never use it again and hope for the best in regards to not having the implant rupture through the thin layer of skin. Will post an update after my visit with the verdict from Dr. Elist.

I genuinely believe that Dr. Elist only wishes to sell his product to make people happy. I do not think he consciously chooses to destroy men's lives all over the world for profit. People can suck, this is true, but to assume someone is so active in ruining others lives sounds a little paranoid...
