Yes I did 2 inches in Erect length doing manuals but not after surgery

Use a heating pad and warm-up first.
Top, bottem, and be sure to do the base!

Friend face, what is your routine? How long did it take to achieve those gains?

Not believable friend face, which isn't very friendly. LOL

It's not impossible, I gained over an Inch and a half in length from standard PE routines in less than three years. I haven't kept it up and it's gone down around a quarter Inch without much more upkeep than like three minutes of stretches in the shower.

Perhaps some tunica's are modified easily, while others very difficultly. Unfortunately, I have tough internal parts that have not responded to 3 years of manual & devises.

I am in the same situation as you.

I did manual PE with no results so I decided to take the ligament cut surgery. 2 months post operation and I still can't see any gains eventhough I am doing a lot of stretching and Hanging.

In my opinion, don't spend yout money on this. I literally stopped everything in my life for Hanging and stretching. It doesn't worth it especially when you can't see results.

Unlike others, I didn't get even Flaccid gains!

Its unreal how some people easily gain while others can't......I guess we're all built differently. Sad to see you spend money for surgery & still not being able to gain any length after to much Hanging & stretching.


I gained 1/2 Inch using the Jez-Extender, it only took me around 4 months & it was stretching for a couple hours 3 or 4 times a week.

I always wonder if I kept at it instead of seeing the POS Dr Elist & getting the implant.

Don't give up hope for future possibilities of lengthening penis procedures.......we just gotta be sure they won't be scams.

I do feel the future will be bright for us, question is, how long will we have to wait? Will I be 60 before a great procedure will be allowed for public use?

DanielH- Gosh I'm glad I didn't do the lig cut then. I was scheduled to have it done the end of March 2015, but recently decided against it and decided to have PMMA done instead, which doesn't increase length, but Hanging is still a possibility after PMMA is complete. But I may be close enough to my goals that I may give up the length goal.

Bob- Are you not reading about Chem PE? It may not be the ideal, but it seems pretty promising.

It's not the tunica your stretching at the beginning if a program it's the ligaments and pulling out inner penis
