Honestly I'm not sure what you're getting at. I've been a big proponent of the 'if your Dick is remotely average DO NOTHING'. If I had your size I wouldn't have thought about PMMA or any surgery for one second. But I had issues with my Girth. It was something I wanted to change and PMMA had the highest success rates at the time so I went through with it. Do I regret it? Now that I'm married, I do worry that I could run into an issue 20 years down the road, but I made my decision and I have to live with it. That's why I think a temporary solution is a better idea. Unless of course there's something that has a 100% success rate which would never happen.
So yes I agree that if you have a somewhat average penis you should probably do nothing. But if you feel that you NEED to change it, then scour the forums, and make an educated decision. For me, at the time, most people were finding success with PMMA. In 5 years it could be something else, but we'll have to cross that bridge when we get to it.
I was hoping to ask you a rather personal question, in reference to what you touched on above.
Do you think you would have got married if you haven't of had PMMA?

That's an interesting question, and I've thought a lot about it. I think just because of the type of person I am, a relationship guy, I would be married sooner or later. I didn't want a bigger penis because I wanted 1,000 conquests or anything. I just strive to be the best version of myself, whether it's fitness, work, etc. and it came down to the fact that I didn't think my penis was adequate for the perfectionist I am. I also had some bad relationships where I chalked up the end of the relationship to my penis size. In retrospect it most likely had nothing to do with my penis.
So long answer short... I'm satisfied with my penis now, and I'm happy that I'm married. I know my wife enjoys my penis now, and I think she would've enjoyed the original version too, but maybe not as much? I definitely have some extra confidence at this size though.

i totally understand the reasoning behind getting something like PMMA, dont get me wrong there, i think every man should be happy in himself and i have suffered terribly from body dysmorphia too, i was getting more that safer methods are frowned upon here, like fat for example, i'm honestly yet to find a report of someone who was entirely dissatisfied with fat anywhere on the forum, yet any mention by a member of it is usually scalded for considering it. that happens, and then that steers people towards things like PMMA, which isnt exactly convenient either because its not like Dr C is on the doorstep of most people, let alone the heaps of ill effects that can occur in some patients.I like this forum, its interesting and informative, i'm not ridiculing the people here either, i just feel that we should support Penoplasty methods as a whole and support everyones questions and decisions, instead of focusing on PMMA/Ellanse alone, you cant disagree that they are prolific across the forum, and it feeds into individual threads, you go on totally unrelated threads and all of a sudden the whole chat is focused on PMMA.personally, when it comes to the Dick, you only get one so if i felt i needed 8k every couple years to be happy i would do it, rather than save money with the worry of future issues, but thats just me.Gg82 wrote: Hey Tropical, i understand your concerns, but i think your posts are exaggerated. If you take a look around, not only PMMA is discussed to be honest, let alone it's not put on a pedestal. I've been around on this forum for 3+ years and i can tell you that the community is pretty mature (S.O., moderator team and users) and i've always seen a very conservative approach to the matter: whatever decision you make, deeply inform yourself first(except for proved bad procedures, like E. implant). I've seen people (specially our beloved Hoddle) discouraging impulsive or not necessary decision to go through surgeries, but at the same time supporting the people who decided to take the plunge, through their journey (including sending supplies and phone calls to people who have gone through very bad times after PE procedures). I've never seen people over-enthusiastically recommend this or that procedure (except obvious shills of course). About PMMA. I think it's mostly discussed because: a) Time. When it came out it was probably the best option and currently it's still one of the best when done by expert surgeon (namely dr.C). It's not like HA, Ellanse or other fillers were out in 2010, or at least not used for PE. Most of the other options were outdated inherited from the 90's. I've read thousands of pages on this forum through the years, and it seems to me that in the last 2 years Dr.C. technique has improved to a level where i can't remember bad outcomes or severe collateral effects. That's good for who wants to go that route. Also, i don't know if you are born in 1994 and thus quite young, but keep in mind that not all the people here are in their 20s and it's not like they can wait the next best best option. b) Cost. Yeah, it's not elegant talking about money, but let's be real , not everyone can afford to put 8-9k $ in his penis every 2 years. c) Conveniency. The permanent part. Having to deal with dissolving products isn't doable for quite some people it seems (and i agree with them). Because you'll probably keep obsessing about your penis and having to making excuses with partners (if they don't know about it). As some people have pointed out already, you probably don't get the full picture since you have an above average penis and , as you said, don't want it to be bigger. Penis dimension can become an obsessive thought, be it for dismorphobia or having an actual below average penis. I've read multiple times people reporting that their life have overall improved after they have enlarged their penis and got over the obsession. Sure you can find it silly, but that's a thing. About other options. To be honest i think that within 5 years, stimulatory fillers like Ellanse will take the scepter, cause they seems to have the best qualities of both worlds: 1) filler itself is temporary 2) stimulates neocollagen production, so you got permanent gains of your own tissue. I'm oriented to get something like that in the future, mean while still studying/reading updates. Again, the most important part is to make informed decisions. This forum give some means to do that.

yeah all regarding lumps, thats about as bad as it gets for fat, and arnt the fat lumps easy to treat now anyway? now show me it being that simple to fix with any of the more hardcore methods like PMMA. You're also totally overlooking the fact that fat transfer has advanced considerably (those threads you've posted the men had it done like 20 years ago ffs, surgeons literally just transferred it from body area to Dick without processing it at all, so are you surprised lumps formed?)On the topic of Ellanse, its hilarious how there is this talk on here like 'its okay if you dont like it, because it only lasts for 3 years' the people dishing out this sort of advice are obviously not sexually active because 3 years is a fucking long time if you hate something, especially when its in your Dick.Did you not read my first post before judging my mental health?Reklaw wrote: These are just from 5 mins of searching on the forum, there are hundreds more. Re: PhalloBoards should change its name to PMMABoards
8 years 2 months ago #1304196091I'll also be the first to admit -- I think anyone average or above average that gets any procedure for Dick enhancement is a) Very Vain b) has body dismorphic issues or c) has a weird thing with wanting to be something special to their significant other.
I am all 3 and freely admit that.
I know for a fact Dr. C has nothing to do with this site. One of many reasons is he has reached out to me when it was down and asked me what was up--- he realizes he gets a lot of business from here. Nothing more.
As I said, I was irritated when I first read the thread-- but I quickly calmed down when I realized when I first came to this board, I thought Skeptical One was Wade from Avanti. I thought this whole site was a Dr. C creation.. I know now, it is not.
Has ANYONE been deleted when posting about new procedures? Not that I know of. If so- I wouldn't be on here. I know Darkstaff had some posts removed when he asked if his cancer had anything to do with PMMA, to be honest, that got under my skin a bit. In my opinion it should have been left alone. But that's the only thing I've seen since I joined that got me irked and disagreed with.
GG's post really did a good job of summing everything up, but:
PMMA and Dr. C are mentioned so much because it is affordable,PERMANENT and good odds to be a 'Good' result.
3 Rounds cost me around 11K all in.. for 1.5 inches + of Girth measuring at this moment.
There just aren't any better methods that I found that covered all my bases going in.. things may be different for you.
There are plenty of horror stories on here. Hell, even one bad story should make you think twice.
Look at my man Nags just last week. He's looking for full Removal options.
Don't judge us for talking about what we did. We ALL know it could go bad real quick. I injected plexiglass in my Dick. Don't you think I realize that? Don't you think we all do and all understood the risks?? If someone didn't - shame on them, but I did my research. I'll accept the bad if/when it comes. Hopefully I'll be too old to really care.
I go back and forth whether it was worth it all the time. There are some drawbacks to what I did.. aesthetically and physically. To my Vain, body dismorphic, crazy-person brain- every time I get a compliment for a second it's all worth it.. then when Im alone and really think. I have my doubts.
I talk about my experience on here- and tell it honestly, so I can hopefully help someone like I was helped as a new member.
Find a great doctor that does some new and great procedure. Do your research. Post your results. If it gets deleted by this board, then we have a problem. Until then-- I see no problem.
