Oh I forgot number22, she was very interested in details and all. How much did this cost and all. She was very supportive and we discussed about polarization in cosmetic surgery overall too, as its ok for females to go under knife with silicone breasts, but men are seen more like a pathetic case if he wants to enhance his penis.

Then I told her about how I gained from the first round ad that its been one of my best decisions in life as it gave so much confidence.
And I told her that probably many people consider me crazy when going into these kinds of operations when I am already above avereage (well, tbh not with Girth before 1st round...), but she said that she understands that people want to make best of 'em selves.

I told her how the healing went well with first time and basicly all I know and had time to tell in 15 to 20 minutes.

Her looks.. I'd say atleast 8 out of 10 with 10+ attitude!

anyway, glad to hear everything's ok give or take. a night in the hospital for you mate. i hope you bought spare clothes. when i went to hospital, i'd expected to come home with oral antibiotics and so i didnt take anything with me at all like spare clothes, wash bag, phone battery charger, nada.

i like that nurse's attitude! do a mustang and make a date. first bewitch them with your penis, then make a date! it's so old fashioned to do it the other way round.

I am quite sure that things are now getting better and tomorrow things will look very different.

Despite the situation and probably my own faulty actions behind it too... I am tho very glad that I hang and stretched it so much during the first couple of days.

It really smoothed things out and probably the PMMA has now settled in as elonged position as possible which is ofc a good thing.

I've got my spare clothes (they let me go home and get 'em). Brought laptop, phone charger and change clothes etc with me. Even couple of books.

I liked her attitude too. Too bad that we didn't met more than two or three times about 15 minutes at a time. Too bad that we probably ain't gonna meet anymore. She was responsible for accommodating to hospital etc when I got in. Took my initial tests and checked the situation overall.

Now I am at the different department stayin' for the night. Atleast for one. Maybe two if they seem it's neccessary.

Good to hear things are going better. Can't really Blame this on Dr.N if you had an infection before going there in the first place.

Hanging weights post-PMMA is definitely not a good idea, as you are creating micro tears in the penis. Conversely, keeping the penis in a light tension-extended setting within an ADS, especially if you leave it in a rested/fixed position so that it slowly molds in an elongated manner, should cause no problem.

Yeah that might be... Well maybe she talks it about her bf and Dr. N has soon a new patient from Finland.

Well I know that Hanging causes microtears, BUT I really thought that my penis is conditioned enought to handle 1kg of weight as I normally do 30min sets with 2.75kg. And I've been doing it several weeks.

That tho is true that Hanging causes the penis also to thicken via fluid build-up and in the long run (as far as I know) permanently. This may have helped the skin to shed off as it just gets too small to penis which already is pumped up with PMMA, is a bit swollen and then add the Hanging + it's Girth enhancement abilities.

Hard to believe that the ADS would create any less tension than 0.5-1kg in total when I wore it but maybe it really is just few hundred grams like 0.2kg or something.

I am not blaming Dr. N. She did great work as she did last time. This has been my own fault and partly my Doctor's fault in Finland who diagnosed me wrongly before the trip to Prague. If I'd knew I have something like this going on then I'd consider the operation again.

But you'll sometimes make mistakes and you'll learn.

Ok, now i am thinking of getting antibiotics before my next round. But antibiotics are prescription, are they? I'll take a look. Of course i can get prescription from Dr N, but then i would have to go to a pharmacy in Prague.. i don't want to walk around with fresh PMMA.. although: there is a pharmacy at the trainstation i think, can anyone confirm?

Well I didn't need any specific antibiotics on my round one. She added antibiotic creme to the cannula wound/hole and sterile patch above that and no problems at all.

These post round 2 fuck ups are ultimately my own fault and there's a bit fault in the Dr. who diagnosed me wrong before the trip.

And yes antibiotics are prescription, don't know about the pharmacies in Prague. I've did the two trips I've made same way:

- Fly to Prague
- Get a cab from airport --> Aurum Clinic
- Discuss about the procedure a bit, how much product and with what concentration
- Get injected
- Chill 30-60 minutes to see if any leakage or something, if everything ok, good to go
- Go to nearby restaurant and eat. Chill a bit there
- Order a cab to airport
- Spent several hours at the airport chillin, readin and massaging my thing frequently in the bathroom (sterilize hands before doing it)
- Fly back to home

And at home start the after care protocol full speed so to speak

I have a question about applying the ESL40 after procedure: doesn't its silicone cap includes the last Centimeter (or so) of the shaft, and in that way compress the PMMA there?

by the way guys, i know i'm definitely not the one to talk about how to keep infections at bay that's for sure, but i remember reading a thread way back about a guy who got infected, and he mentioned how he was in the airport toilets unwrapping his bandage and having a look and i thought: don't do that!

prague airport is pretty clean and i know they've been refurbishing it, but it's still an airport and the toilets will be buzzing with stuff if you know what i mean. on the other hand, at least it's not london city airport. has anyone been there? it's the skankiest aiport i've ever seen. yach! when i went to london to see a Urologist about my infection, i came through city airport and i thought it was a slimy dump. on the other hand, get this, during the time i was infected i noticed how i became very sensitive to dirt and grime. LOL! and anyway i literally spent the whole day in london thinking 'this city is fucking disgusting this city is fucking disgusting this city is fucking disgusting'. so it could be that.

I am going to stay at the hospital probably the whole weekend. Seems like I've might have catched a flu or some virus which now makes my throat sore and lymph nodes on my chin hurt too. Also my nose bleeds and I am caughing up some nasty lookin' mucus from my throat and lungs.

My infection is probably now (or was at last night) at its peak (said the Doctor). C-reactive protein which indicates infection was at wednesday 74, yesterday it was 121 and today 134.

Dr. told me that its normal that first the rise slows and then it takes few days to make it go down. Probably tomorrow it is already going down was the Dr's prognosis.

It is definetely sure that I'll be getting a pretty long time antibiotics after getting out of hospital (which might be sunday if all goes as planned).

I'd say that the swelling is going very very slowly down on my penis. This is day six after the operation and I remember that on 1st round it was like this on day two.

Any ideas what this might be (in pictures). Pictures are from yesterday evening and this morning. It appeared about two days ago. Doctor thinks its a little under skin hematoma and requires no action.

Should I worry about it or do something to it or ask the hospital folks to do something about it?

Feelin' kinda down now but I'll try to stay positive. It's not doing any good if I sink into the dark hole of misery now.

what happens is that you hope you'll be out of hospital soon but actually you'll be in hospital for 5 days, so prepare mentally for that. you need patience and antibiotics. looking back from 11 weeks, i can tell you that's what you need: patience and ABs. you will worry because you'll be thinking 'it should be ok by now' and 'the docs suggested it would be ok by now' but the body heals slowly and so don't whatever you do start plotting an imaginary timeline now, of when you predict things will be ok, because when it doesn't happen exactly like you imagined and hoped it would, in that gap is misery!

things will be ok, it will just take time. i can assure you that it will work out and you don't have to panic or worry. for example, about the bruise. that's what it is, a bruise. but when i was in hospital and in a mood swing i started worrying about Necrosis, among other things, and it was depressing. but the doctors told me: stop reading the internet. and Necrosis was never on the cards. that thing you have is a bruise, typical of post PMMA injecitons. others will chime in and confirm this.

the dark hole of misery is there because it's your penis. if this was your arm for example, you'd be fine, chilling in hospital, and getting high on prescription meds (optional),waiting for your arm to heal. but it's your Dick, and so you sit there feeling low.

you just need patience and ABs. your penis looks ten times better in the new photo.

Thanks! I think thats what I really needed. Mind plays its tricks but luckily I am able to calm myself down as I have a rational mind.

Ofc many would say other when even going to this kind if operation and going in with a some form of disease I wasn't completely aware of what it was.

I know that time will heal me and patience is needed. But what I'm worried is that am I going to be gaining anything from this round?

Was a really expensive 25ml's of PMMA if it at some point drains out... Sure there are no signs of that happening but you know you start think if you hear that it happened to someone. Or if I wont gain anything from this.

You are in hospital with complications. Do not think about gains right now. It is secondary. You did the correct thing by going to the hospital. Try to relax and listen to the medical personell. Look at it this way. You have now advertised your anaconda to some hot nurses and should try to benefit from that. One thing that I was thinking before leaving is what I would say to my employer if I got complications and had to go to the hospital for some time. Can't really call in and say: Hey I had some shit injected to my penis in Prague. In hospital with an infection and not sure when I will be back. I guess you are not telling everyone you have had PMMA?

George7: Definetely not telling everyone that I've had PMMA and I already we're on sick leave last friday because of the rash on my face. They told me actually at work to go home and take a day off because to them I looked sick. I felt pretty good at that point. Maybe a bit that kind of feelin' that I may be getting a flu or something.

Then at saturday I went to Prague and fly out at the same evening. Dr. N told me that this rash is no problem as it was diagnosed in Finland before my leaving not to be contagious or anything serious. Then it got worse and I went to the doctor again at tuesday since it just wasn't going of and I had high fever that morning.

Then they sent me to the skin specialist which told me its impetigo...

So this is information I've acquired at this week AFTER the PMMA operation was done. My employer knows that I've got an impetigo which is highly contagious as the skin specialist specified that I need sick leave. So now "it's just gotten worse" and it'll go with that.

But the good news regarding my Dick is that the redness is fading and skin is starting to look better. Swelling has still gone down from pics I took this morning. Looking almost normal besides a bit of redness and that spot.
