i tried an extender in the past, but had to stop after 200 hours cause was getting blisters on my glans. May try an esl40.

Do you have protips to avoid blisters/injuries?

I've had two blisters on my PE 'career'.

Both could have been avoided. I felt that something inside suction cup but didn't check and did my (a bit overly long) set to the end in both cases. Both were caused by vac-Hanger.

1) Check regularly (after every 30 mins if Hanging, after every hour if wearing ADS)
2) Use the surgical foam tape around glans
3) Be aware of your Cock, whats happening. You'll feel If the vacuum suction cup is slipping or something just 'moved' --> time to check situation.

Well have to say that this time the recovery haven't so easy as at the first time. It might be due bigger volume injected or something else. I don't know.

This morning around 5 o'clock got a pretty high fever and my penis has she'd it's outer layer of skin almost the whole shafts length. It's now extremely tender and it's really painful to put any pants on...

Still swelling, but not as bad it could be. Been lotioning it with antibiotic + corticosteroid cream which seems to be helping at least with the swelling. I'm sure the swellling would be much more bigger if I'd leave the cream added.

Still trying to stretch it with ADS (very, very lightly). No Hanging for now.

I've once managed to get my penis shed its outerlayer of skin (not with this intensity tho) via Hanging. So maybe my Hanging after the PMMA injection (tho very light) wasn't so good idea as it stretches the inner structures and makes it same time a bit fatter (at least in my case).

Any one else experienced this or do you have any ideas regarding situation? I'll be going to the doctor in two hours to make my bloodwork done and because of the fever. Any ideas how I could help the doctor to give me the right medicine? Any idea's on corticosteroid shots?

I'm surviving from this but this really has been a unpleasant! The skinn will grow back but damn that thing is now tender to touch!

blimey mate are you ok? did you take antibiotics when you got PMMA? fever and redness are possible signs of infection. you have to tell the doctors everything, ok? its not easy, i'm having flashbacks about when i had to tell all the doctors about getting my Cock fattened with PMMA but one day you'll laugh at that too.

it could be that it is something triggered from the extra-trauma of your lenghtening system, i think the skin shedding and painful-ness are maybe signs of that.

anyway, if you're infected i can tell you from the trenches not to worry, don't worry. it just takes patience and antibiotics. you may well get depressed but it just takes time. the problem i had is that i assumed i would be ok within a week, like what the docs told me, then two weeks, then three and then when it wasnt i started thinking irrationally. therefore, take my adivce, if youre infected, it could be over a month before things get properly healed.

Thank you for your support guys. Told everything about PMMA for a young doctor about my age. He was very professional about everythin and sonhas been everyone else too.

They took some bloodwork and CRP is almost 80 which indicates some form of infection in body. So they took me in and gonna give me i.v. antibiotics.

I am not completely sure if this is PMMA related as my Dick feels better now as it has started to grow a new outer skinlayer. Other than that it's only swelled. Which then again draws the line back to infection, but still not sure. Now my throat and lymphnodes on my throat have swollen.

Also several things to consider:

1) My 1st round was 15cc @ 10%
2) This round was done only 4 days ago
3) It's not as swelled as it was day two IMO
4) Injected volume nearly doubled --> Might as well have something to do with that it takes longer for my penis "to get used to it"
5) I hanged like 6 hours put together on days 1 and 2 with weight I thought was light (1kg)
6) It did smooth things out but it may also be the reason my Cock shed its skin cause thats happened before too

I am no doctor, but swelling, redness and fever after surgery/injections is most likely related to an infection. Also I am a bit shocked by the post-op things you did like Hanging for hours etc. PMMA causes a lot of trauma and your unit needs rest to heal from the trauma not increased stress by Hanging and heavy stretching. Due to the trauma you will have Lymphatic fluid going to your penis making it swell. Hanging will increase this and the fluid will most likely have problems draining itself, but this is me just guessing based on common sense thinking of gravity. Number22 is a recent case when it comes to infection after the procedure.

mine was when it was infected. it was swollen and bright red.

yours could be likely swelling even more because of your use of your lengthening device. the penis after PMMA is pretty beaten up to begin with, all those needles, and then it went through extra trauma.

how did the nurse react when you told her about the PMMA and penis lengthening? are u in hospital now? what is the nurse out of 10?

To give you more information I've had an impetigo going on since the last tuesday/wednesday. It was misdiagnosed to be atopic rash and/or some sort of pox infection.

So anyway my flight and PMMA appointment was booked for last weeks saturday and since there are no turning backs, despite the skin condition I took the plunge.

I didn't know it was impetigo til monday, when I went to the skin specialist. So she described me antibiotics which didn't do too much in one day. And now today fever got up and swellin' too so here I am at hospital now.

After the first i.v. antibiotics I feel already that the swelling on my penis has started to decrease.

Now I am thinking that as impetigo is very contagious it must have somehow gotten even:
a) Into my penis when PMMA is injected or to my blood stream due the cannula
b) The skin which my penis shed off as a proper snake, got infected by impetigo and caused the fever.

Anyway, I am already feeling better after just few hours so this should solve itself pretty quick I think.

My own mistake (mr. Hindsight speaking) were :
1) Going to Prague despite not knowing what I am I having (tho I thought the first Dr. at Friday got it right, but it was not as bad then as it went during weekend)
2) Wearing the Hanger too much as it must have caused more trauma, but damn it smoothed the PMMA out! I thought I was Hanging low weight with one kilo but apparently thats too much after PMMA injection...
3) Maybe wearing the extender a bit too much too. It was basicly the first 72 hours constantly at least in light pull, and when Hanging even more.
