I had leakeage when i used an extender for a while, probably had something to do with stretching urethra. Are you using one?

About dribbling vs spurting for me it's about orgasm intensity and free mind (if i'm concerned about something or depressed it usually just flows).

How does the haematoma feel, Dream?

Is it still soft and squishy?

Do some research for a Urologist that won't be scared of PMMA. One that does complex penile surgery. That's what I did to find the guy that was willing to operate on me.

Dream, I was reserving my suspicions, given that I'm not a medical professional. However, from the start, I highly doubted that this was a hematoma, as they are very highly colored, and would stand out drastically with your pale skin. For some perspective, I had a hematoma back when I pulled a Charlie Horse a few years back, and even with my medium-dark skin the contrast was very drastic. This does not appear to be a hematoma to me.

Even if it is PMMA it t doesn't look bad though.

Went to doc. As best as i can remember: He said it could be blood probably, or some part of the product that got encapsulated (he does not know PMMA). He said i should wait for 2-3months, high chance of it going away. If not then go to hospital, they make a small cut and put this out. But he would wait first. He first thought it looks a bit like a zyst, but it's kinda different.i said 'i guess it's blood, is it?'.. he said 'yea, but it also looks a tad more solid somehow' He said there is no danger, no infection, i also can have sex, there is no danger cause the skin is not stretched. There are other guys that have something simillar like this and they have sex and don't go to doc for years. Hm. 3 months. Good that i can have sex. Bad that i basically have to tell sexpartners that i had penis enlargement done. Not because it's so big that they know, but because it's so weird.

Keep in mind the doc did not know of PMMA. If he said it felt harder I would assume it is PMMA. Lumps are not uncommon and I have one myself when I retract the Foreskin. I would assume it is not just to go to any doctor/hospital to remove PMMA. They need to know what they are dealing with. This is not a mainstream procedure. Have been thinking lately myself where to go if shit hits the fan later down the road. Thinking more in the line of my body rejecting PMMA after 5-10 years. This is something we all should consider. If I were you I would do as the doc says and wait 2-3 months and do some research were you can have it removed if it comes to that. If it solves it self great, if not you can either keep it as it is or go and get it fixed.

Dream i would suggest it's product plus swelling. the swelling will decrease according to the usual timeframe.
