Took ibuprofen although i have no pain at all, to perhaps reduce swelling.

I had a bag like swelling under the glans on my first round. It wasn't as bad as that though. Bet it's just swelling.

I now keep my penis always upward. Also i put a thing on the area that presses inwards. It's a bit like a sock, but smaller.

Anything else to make the fluid go away faster? Is there any knowledge from other medical fields where stuff like this happens and we could learn from it. Is the fluid lymph?

I kinda fear a bit that this stretches the skin so much it doesn't go back -> ok, this should just not happen cause else every guy who had PMMA would have a problem.
Or that the fluid does not go back -> number22 had this happen, but normally swelling is normal, it was in a former round on day3 also, many guys had some fluid there at some point in time in the 3 days after procedure.

Also in bed i went full McGyver and built something to stay on back while sleeping and have the penis always pointing towards navel, while not going against erections.
(the black stuff is from bathmate, the thing that pulls upward is from anothe PE-instrument, all in all this just keeps the penis pointing upward)

Think it is lymph fluid. Icing should help reduce swelling. Pack some ice in a towel and push the swelling back. I had huge problems with swelling. My Foreskin is somewhat twisted. It is like I have some extra skin and it i a bit colder than the rest of the skin. Went to a doctor today to check and was told maybe it solves in time. Come back if it changes for worse. It is just a small bit on the side and I can live with it, but based on all the crap I have had to deal with over the last days because of swollen Foreskin I say use ibuprofen and Icing. That should help.

ROUND 2, 24 HOURS AFTER

- ESL stretcher is great, somehow i didn't use it in round 1.
The swelling comes back whenever penis is not stretched.. so i stretch it most of the time.

Swelling has gone down a lot since yesterday.

ROUND 2, 36 HOURS AFTER

- yes, swelling is down a bit..

- most uneven pic is Flaccid stretched

Damn, would love to have such a big Flaccid. And Erect.
PMMA makes it more the same. Which is good. (Well, Flaccid just for the optics, but that's also nice)

ROUND 2, 72 HOURS AFTER

- Seems much more normal already, 12.5cm (somehow 13cm felt that much bigger)

- First time i felt tiny ridges. Did just a bit with a roller.

- All in all i am amazed kinda, that there was no pain at all in the whole process it seemed after the procedure

From the cm tape measure it looks like 6inches EL , but from the pic it looks like at least 8. I don't know if I'm doing the conversion wrong or you have an impressive optical illusion going on.
Either way, with the added Girth you must be extremely happy.
