TOPIC: Dirt clod's PMMA Journey

I can still remember the exact moment in Boy's Club football when I became self concious of my penis. My wife of more than 30 years has always found my insecurities ridiculous. Logically she is right as I am statistically on the high side of average.

I had round 1 with Dr C on 10/01/15. I had 16cc of 10% and 4cc of 30%. I left the decision of % and volume up to Dr C. I followed Wade's after care thoroughly. I had a positive outcome and have scheduled round 2 for February 25, 2016.

Some of my observations:

Use the shuttle. It could not have been easier.
The Grand Hotel was adequate and very convienient.
Explain your goals and let the doctor decide what will work best for your penis.
After care is very important. There will be moments of doubt when your penis is swollen and discolored. Do the after care as directed.

I am technology challenged, but I will attempt to add photos aND future post.

The first is before the procedure and the second is at 6 weeks.

Congrats dude! Your improvements in the Flaccid state visually are part of the appeal of the procedure for myself. I'm also interested in getting 10%. Out of interest what are your stats and what gains have you made?

You look great - can I ask how many days you stayed in MX including the day of surgery?

I stayed one night at the Grand Hotel after the procedure. If possible, I would recommend you stay two or three days the first time. The extra $200.00 it cost in hotel bills is a small price to pay for Wade's help in forming the final product. There was little movement of the PMMA by the third day and no reason to stay longer.

I am a Grower. My Flaccid hand varies greatly from 2 inches to maybe 4.5 inches.
Erect length average 6.5+
Erect gith pre PMMA 4.70 inches mid section
Erect Girth after round 1, 5 1/8 inches. Mid section.


Pictures are approximately 3.5 months after round 1.
I gained slightly less than a half Inch Girth from round 1. I am 52 years old so I am not at top collagen production.

Congrats on the procedure. Looks like it turned out great. But the question is how did the wife like it? Do you think the procedure helped your insecurities?
For me it did, but more so the first time I had sex with my wife I knew it was the best decision I made. It also helped me outside the bedroom as well.

I initially told Dr C that for me this was more about the locker room than the bedroom and that I did not have a specific number in mind as far as goals. My wife has always climaxed regularly with my pre PMMA dimensions.

I was still pretty swollen the first time we had sex. My Girth was probably still over 5 3/4 inches. The sex was ok, but not a game changer for either of us. Several days later the swelling had gone down and my Girth was about 5 1/2 inches. The sex was great, especially for me, as I had been the one that had difficulty climaxing vaginally pre PMMA . Everything remained constant for about 5 weeks and I thought this had been a great decision. Then almost over night I lost a 1/4 Inch. I had read on this forum that this was not that unusual. I was a little disappointed, but I told myself I still had really great gains and accepted the new size. About a month later, I suddenly lost a little more Girth to my current stats where I have remained for more than two months.

I told myself originally that I was just going to do one treatment. I am basically a cheapskate and not used to allowing myself to spend money like this on myself. Given the esthetics of my results, I did not feel they warranted even a touch up. I could just not let go of how perfect I thought everything was those first 5 weeks.
I have booked another session with Dr C on February 25th with a goal of getting back to a permanent Girth of around 5 1/2 inches.

I assume it will be another round of 10%. I strongly believe that you should discuss goals with Dr C and let him decide how to get there. I started this post for guys like myself that do not desire massive size, but want to feel better about themselves. My wife would not support me trying to join the over 6 club.. Some might and that is fine, but it is not where we are at. Overall I am still very positive about the entire experience.

This is a really encouraging story to hear. I'm exactly the same as you in terms of outlook and modest goals so it's good to hear that one round of 10% can get us there with a great aesthetic outcome.

Ask Dr. C about mixing 30% and 10%. That's what most of mine have been with good results.

Dr C, Wade, and I agreed on 10% going into the procedure. Dr C actually ended up using 4cc of 30% around the base and 16 cc of 10%.. Wade said this is something he commonly does, and I told him I trusted his judgement to do what would be best. I had a small bump near the Circumcision scar that disappear within a couple of weeks, and one near that base that is currently so small I have trouble finding it myself.

That sounds about right. He's good at matching what needs to go where.

I am about three weeks out from round two. I did not participate in this forum prior to round one. I was lucky to have good results anyway. Based on many other post on the forum, I will be brining Cialis with me next time. I am open to other suggestions if anyone feels there was something that improved their outcome.

I suffer from low testosterone . I believe it has probably been la life long condition. My testosterone levels un-supplemented fall around 170. I had read that testosterone supplementation adversely affects collagen production so I discontinued my shots for 6 weeks after round one. I am not sure that was really a good idea. I only inject 5ml once a week which brings me up to the 600 range early in the week. I am thinking that I will continue with my weekly dosage after round two. I could split it into two shots if that made a difference. I am looking for input if anyone has any experience in this area.

I intend to keep this post updated for at least a year for those of us that desire more modest gains. Those big ones look great, but my wife would not be happy with me.

I'm stoked that you plan to report back your progress, will be keeping an eye out for your posts. It's the modest goal reports such as yours which really interest me, I just can't relate to guys wanting 1+ more inches in gains, planning 2+ rounds or who have starting stats already above the average range. I'm in this potentially to bring my 4.7 Girth up to a medium/high average and to improve the look and feel of my super skinny and wrinkly Flaccid to the point where i'm not afraid to get naked in front in my girlfriend or take a piss at the urinals. After reading all the reports on here you seem to be treading the path that i'd be most likely to follow, albeit potentially in Prague if Dr Nemeckova ever responds to her emails.
