You've got a very good sized and aesthetic penis. My advise would be to leave it as it is. I think you are a poor candidate for a PE surgery as you have a lot to lose and little or nothing to gain.

Three some lol good for you man, but all jokes aside you could simply just get an extender and that could bring you right up too 7 inches or possibly 7.5 so don't give up just as yet.

Haha thanx yea I thought of that also.. I have a gf now of like 8 months she is not as tight as would have liked but and for that reason we came across here ex of 5 yrs in a convo and she said he was thicker then me so that fcked me up mentally

Yea I know that feeling, lol with your thickness once you get PMMA I'm sure you will like the results. I think you could get 30% nd possibly you could reach 7- 7 1/2 in eg.
