OK so im not entirely sure if im the first south african to visit Dr c but ill be sure to ask him. hey I Could even be the very first african!

I wanted to do a full progress report on an FFT as it hasn really been done here but I gotta go with what clearly looks like the better option here PMMA.For permanent results and less uneven end results PMMA is the winner.

My deposit is paid and my flight is booked! 5 november. Im nervous and excited mostly nervous! my main concern is length loss. I have started stretching with an esl40 to get used to it so that I am ready for post op stretching.

My flight lands at 10am and my appointment is at 2pm do you think this leaves enough time for flights delays? what would even happen if i missed my appointment? would i be refunded? the 4pm slot is still available? should i take it?

BPEL 6.4 EG 4.9 with a curve and smallish glans
So i know my size is decent to start but ive wanted this for ages and after a year of manual PE and no results I am moving on

Best of luck buddy. But if your GF is happy with your current size, personally I wouldn't risk it. In fact I think if you have the confidence to have a sexual relationship with a girl, then you probably don't "need" an enhancement. I fully understand why you'd want a bigger penis, but that is different to "needing" one in order to have a more normal life. I know that's a very loose use of the word "need", but hopefully you understand the distinction I'm making.

But once again, good luck with what ever you decide to do and I hope everything works out for you.

With an international flight, I may opt for the later appointment time. If all goes smoothly you would have plenty of time, though. But I would rather spend a couple of extra hours in the waiting room catching a nap than miss my appointment.

Keep in mind balance. In my opinion, it is best to keep the size relative so that it does not dwarf the glans.

For me I got dinner across the street but then spent the rest of the night in the hotel room. It's not totally uncomfortable but I wanted to make sure I was doing the proper after care and massaging it to keep it looking good. Your not really going to want to walk long distances after the procedure. You'll probably be wrapped for the first hour after your done and then you can take it off. So I used that hour to get dinner.

No wannabebig. There is availability in October aswell. Anybody else have any info on aftercare for me? And the pain on the second day as well as if you can walk about. I struggle to sit still. But I'll do what ever is safest.

Dude what is your Flaccid stats length and Girth? Also your 4.9 eg is consistent all along the shaft or its your middle shaft Girth?

You will be fine to walk and eat and do what you want. It is not like you have to massage it for the next 48 hours straight. The procedure is not as traumatic as you are probably building it up to be. However, I do strongly suggest you keep an eye on it and massage it often to make sure you get the most aesthetic outcome you can, especially if you are a Grower.

@briceb I am indeed a Grower. My girlfriend loves my length so I am going to make very sure to prevent length loss. I'm gonna get Viagra/similar and use my esl40 whenever I'm not hard. That'll work right?

I think if you are going for something like viagra to give you a little help, I would suggest Cialis. It stays in the blood longer and will help with the Turtling. The biggest thing about Turtling is that you don't want to have the PMMA bunch up. So stay extended or Erect as long and often as possible in the first 3 days. If you are using an extender, make certain that you use one that will not grab below the glans as that could push the product out of that area. It is a lot to watch, but it is not a difficult thing to do.
