Either I'm too old or too young, but I have always said, along with tons of guys my age..."I would give my ( right or left, but only one, only one) nut for that!. Never ever meant it literally, more as a figure of speach.......That was simply a compliment to Rider thats all. I love my testes right where they are.

My best friend lost one to testicular cancer in 96, when he says it, he will say "I gave my right one and got short changed, where's my flippin (fill in the blank) I want my nut back!"...... maybe thats why we say it so much more than most people..

What prep work have you do since round 1? I remember that your ADS broke a week after you got it. Did you get another one? Pumping? Some folks say do all this prep work because it'll make it easier to get the PMMA injected and others say it really doesn't matter. Whatever you did it seemed to work. Nice job.

CPW's questions get us back to the real point of this thread: to provide a progress report. Ryder, your results look great. Also, do as you please Ryder, we can't be judged on a singular body-selfy, and, by the way, you're in great shape.

However, I am very curious to know the answers to CPW's questions. CPW's Round 2 is coming up this Tuesday, and mine is about 8 weeks down the line and I think your answers to those questions will help us in prepping for our respective Round 2.

Thanks for the body complements guys. I'm still very much a work in progress. Id love to be 100kg and 10% body fat. long way to go, I love beer and carbs too much. It just comes down to diet and exercise. How badly do you want it? I changed my lifestyle completely 5 years ago. with hard work you can change your body, to be honest I wonder if it is worth it. I kind of miss eating whatever I want and not going to the gym after work. Anyone feel free to PM about workout stuff.

So back to the progress report...

So honestly I didn't do anything for prep work. Wade says pumping regularly for the month leading up the second round(but not 3 days before), can help stretch the tissue and lead to better results. He also recommended that I pump during collagen production. My stretcher did indeed break, and they gave me another one yesterday. I don't really retract or have a Turtling problem, they recommend the stretcher post op for the first 3 days to prevent Turtling. Then for the next 3 weeks to get a lower Flaccid hang.

So I can't really speak to prep work. It seems so much of what is actually important is being honest and realistic about your goals. Don't push for CCs, they will put in whatever your Dick can take. Biggest advice is after care, AFTER CARE, AFTER CARE!


I have been sitting in my hotel room diligently massaging my Dick since the procedure. I slept, then took a good 30 min to put it all back in place. Pay attention to what Wade tells you. He will point out your specific problem areas and explain how to correct them. He also gets pissed if you don't follow his directions and come back for the follow up. I got semi scolded after round 1, and then praised for round 2. If you have questions ask. Wade is very knowledgeable and can help you through problems. He even gives out his on call cell so he can be reached after hours.

Ok, so I take it you didn't do the pumping leading up to Round 2. Good to know. Happy healing and good look on your aftercare, and keep up posted.

So talked to wade, he said I should pump as soon as I get home. And try and massage on the 5 hour flight as long as possible. He said it will help to stretch out the tissue to highlight any uneven spots to massage out before bed. He said it was imperative in my case, since I am drying out quickly. He doesn't expect the product to be mobile by tomorrow morning.

Just got through TSA. My groin lit up like a Christmas tree on the body scanner. I guess a low Hanging swollen Dick looks like a gun strapped to my leg. Anyone else had that happen before? They padded me down, reached half way down my pants and felt along the belt line, then swabbed my hands for explosives.

Ok guys. Sketch airport bathroom pics. I feel it's important to get snapshots of recovery every few hours. This is the about 38 hour mark. Off to philly now. Update in 6 or so hours

Congrats with great result man! Bit early to say perhaps, but seem you might gain around 1.2 Inch with two rounds (my estimate). Thats fk awesome! Cheers!

You regret you only went for 10% first round?

Thank you. I am a bit nervous about some of my current low spots. However Wade assures me that there is plenty of product there and that they will all smooth out with collagen production. I took a gamble with the 30%. I hope it pays off. With the volume and concentration, Wade says the average gain to be expected is .75-1 Inch. This is a second round, so I'm not expecting such large gains(not that I would complain if If I got them). I hope to gain a solid .5 inches across the entire shaft. That would put me at a 1 Inch gain mid shaft in two rounds.

I don't regret 10% the first round. I approached PMMA with caution and did not want to push my luck. The 30% choice was a tough one. I risk more complications, but I felt with such lackluster results from my first round with 10%, and seeing how much my base grew with 30%, I had to take the risk to gain the reward. Assuming no major complications, I have no intention of returning for another round.

So here are some pics from just now, office bathroom. Almost 4 days out. I am still rather swollen. Especially in the doughnut area below the glans. No movable product. I am somewhat concerned with the lumpiness, but I am hoping that it is just water. And that it will subside. I'm looking very much like I I would a few hours after I pumped.

I wouldn't worry to much it's way too early. Is that all product at the base? Looks way too wide in my opinion. Did you ask for that?

@jewdub in post #59 page 4 (The post before you said I look like an idiot) I explain that I had very large gains from 30% at the base in round1. For round 2, the goal was to bring those gains up the rest of the shaft to produce a natural appearance. So no, I did not ask for that. There is no additional product in the base. The thickness is due to swelling, as Dr. C broke up some of the collagen in that area and only added product above it.

I agree that it is too early to worry about what looks like problem spots. It is all water at this point. Having gone through similar issues after my first round, I am not freaking out.

Good luck man, awesome gains. I hope everything finishes settling nicely for you. I am also one that believes in showing that thing off if you want to. How could you not want to...I am not happy with my size by a long shot, but no way do I let someone elses happiness, ruin my happiness. Thats like spitting on a parked Ferrari because you dont have one. People are just haters. The only thing that I have a hard time dealing with is ppl being big and saying they "feel insecure"...when I would literally blow one of my own fingers off to be their size.

@lakingsfan : huh?? Being fit is sooooo much easier than trying to attain a bigger penis. Especially length, Hanging is damn near the only solution and it takes a VERY long time. And many people report little to no gains. Being fit just takes discipline. Thats it. If all it took was discipline to get a bigger penis, I wouldn't be on this website.
