alright guys. one week post op, no news to report. Just wearing the extender every day. Hardest part is going to the stall to piss since I have to take my pants off to put the damn thing back on.

How many pages do u need to have in your passport to enter mexico? Do they stamp you? Or do you just need the passport.

You just need a valid passport. No stamping. Use the shuttle service. It's easy and fast.

I've done it twice now with no passport, just drivers license and birth certificate. Last time they asked me why no passport and I just said I never needed it. He said ok and on our way.

Yeah it was odd that they didn't even ask for a passport or stop the shuttle at all to enter Mexico. It seems you only need a passport to come back to the USA. If you fly into the country they stamp you( I went to cabo twice)

So bad news!!! It seems that I have now shrunk down to essentially my Pre-Op stats. The base is still a bit larger but the shaft is essentially the same. I hope that this is just the "Low Point" and that I will return to my goal of a .5 Inch gain mid shaft. Then again, this is only 10% so being overly cautious/conservative in my approach for R1 may have been a mistake. Only time will tell. Thursday October 8 will be the two week mark.

Anybody have thoughts as to what to expect? Im I just being impatient? If so tell me to shut up and call back in 4 weeks.

Are we able to use a credit card to pay for the procedure with paypal?

Ryder: I'm a newbie at this whole business too. In fact, you're a week ahead of me. That said, there's threads that talk about big gains being 'lost' for a bit and then your body builds it back up via collagen growth. Mostly the low point is like a month out or so. I could be wrong on the specifics (it was months ago when I read it). You need to go look for it in the threads. Wish I could be more help. Good luck.

Yes, your size will fluctuate. It will come off the table with a good deal of swelling, usually. Then the swelling subsides. Then your body builds the collagen. It is all part of the process.

The process of PMMA building collagen in your body is like getting a splinter. The little microscopic beads are telling the body to wall off all the PMMA with scar tissue (collagen) because it is foreign. This process takes a long time (months - not 6 weeks like they say). Also, the inflammation lasts for 1-2 months, though it's most severe in the first week. Finally, since everyone heals differently, these timelines fluctuate.

It takes 5 CCs of something to equal 1 teaspoon. You got 2.4 ccs of pure PMMA beads (1.5 in the 10% and 0.9 in the 30%). This is 1/2 teaspoon. If put salt into 1/2 teaspoon (which is much larger than PMMA, but it will give you an idea) - and spread it out through your penis on the top and sides - that's all you have for your body too react to. How strongly it reacts is totally up to your body. I had 2x this much in Round 2 and barely anything happened at all. In round 1, I had more than you and got about 1/2". In my case, it shrank for a few weeks and then just stopped...but it didn't grow back larger. Other guys have a re-growth phase.

This is a complicated process and the timelines on here are all over the place due to individual variation in healing. Some people have low points. Some don't. Some gain 1/2" easily 15 ccs ...some gain nothing from the same amount (usually in later rounds, though - Round 1 you gain the most). Many other people have noticed changes months later, and some even posted about changes as far as 9 months. My body had a much stronger reaction to linnea safe than metacrill, but unfortunately all my "growth" was just in nodules...and not spread evenly.

TLDR: If you get a low point, it will be between 3-5 weeks...and then it will probably grow more up through 2-3 months. The balance between swelling and growth is too unclear for anyone to know what the product has done until about 4-6 months later. Most people gain the most in Round 1, so it's worth it to get a higher percentage in that round.

Thanks for the support guys. Well I guess it was somewhat in my head or I just wasn't hard enough. As of now I'm sitting at a solid .5 Inch gain mid shaft and over and Inch gain at the base. So let's hope it continues to grow or at least doesn't degrease.

As to the bad news...I have some decently noticeable irregularity. You can also tell my Dick is more palpable. The base is far too wide, and I have a sort of lump mid shaft. This was somewhat of a problem area during massaging post op, so I sort of expected something. As I said earlier, I went into this expecting a second round as part of the process. So I'm not freaking out. I'll keep everyone posted in the weeks to come. I hope I gain some more Girth and it evens out some.
