TOPIC: Taking the plunge... PMMA with Dr Casavantes

Thanks a lot cpw. I haven't had the PMMA surgery yet, but I plan to and I wanted a nice powerful pump. I'm not really new to pumping. I used the bathmate and regular pump, but I mostly do manual stretching then pump for 5 mins.

I've learned so much from this site. Amazing. The learning just keep coming and coming.

Yeah. Without this site I would have gave thousands to that fraud dr loria.

I hear you CPW, I'm just about at the end of what I can fit into mine. I found a cheap one online that said it was bigger than one I have but it is actually 1/8" smaller. Round three is in the morning and I'm worried after the swelling is gone I won't fit. I'm thinking of trying to cut about 1/4-1/3 off and see if I can get it to work.

6 weeks post Round 1 Status Update

My Girth has been stable for about 3 weeks now. Working on length with the extender. IMO using an extender is a must for post PMMA (unless you're already super long I guess).

No bumps or valleys. Everything looking very natural. I'm extremely pleased with the result. Dr C and team are amazing. Dr C basically hit every goal to almost exactly as to my stated goal. That's incredible.

Beginning stats were:
3.75" FL, 4" MSFG, 6.25" NBPEL, 5.5" MSEG, 6" BEG
My goals were:
5" FL, 4.75" MSFG, 6.75" NBPEL, 6" MSEG, 6.5" BEG
My current stats:
5" FL, 5" MSFG, 6.25" NBPEL, +6" MSEG, +6.5" BEG (and 6.75" BPEL)

My new goals are:
+5.5" FL, +5.5" MSFG, 7" BPEL, +6.5" MSEG, +7" BEG

With the new goals I know that I'll need to do a fair amount of extender work. I'm concerned that post round 2 I won't be able to fit into the extender I have. I've looking for others but so far no luck.

No matter what you will have down time post round 2 and it will set you back on your stretching program! I wish these things could happen quicker.

True BDog. But it's also fast in the scheme of things. Many guys spend years and years doing manual PE and they don't get the results we get from PMMA.

I'm now finding it hard to wear the extender 8 hours a day. My glans just me after a while. Become super sensitive. Today i wore it for 3 hours. Off for a couple of hours. Then one more hour. Can't seem to wear it more. Damn!

I have modified a phallosan Forte with a leg strap in the past. It's very comfortable but a bulky and expensive set up

After my 3rd round tuesday I can barely fit in the extender. It's super tight to the point of being uncomfortable.

Haha what a bitter sweet. Gotta throw away a perfectly good device. But saying "my Dick is too big" has gotta put a smile on your face

Too funny. How did the guys who have been through before do it? I'm modulate between 5" and 5.5" FG. That's not huge by any means. And I can barely fit. Sucks. Dang.

At my size, I'd have to use a come-a-long winch.
