Massaging post surgery: I massaged a lot during the first 5 days.

Extending post surgery: Some guys turtle and need an ADS to prevent it from happening. Dr C offered an ESL-40 for that. I used the ESL-40 for 4 weeks post surgery. After 4 weeks I went back to the X4 Labs extending for length.

If you don't turtle then you probably won't need an ADS post surgery. 'Growers' probably need an ADS post surgery due to the possibility of Turtling. I was a 'Grower'. Now I'm working at becoming a 'shower'.

Hi all,

This is driving me crazy. I need your help. I was trying to figure out if there is a way to calculate amount of PMMA to volume growth. It seems rather straightforward but my results are confusing. I got approximately a 10 cc increase for each cc of 'effective PMMA' inserted. Does that make sense? Did I mess up the calcs somewhere? See the table below. Any suggestions are appreciated. NOTE: I approximated my shaft volume using truncated cone volume: V = h * pie / 3 * (R' + Rr + r')

Also, if I get the Silikon 1000 (touch up) it would be a completely different result because there is no collagen growth associated with it. Would it be one to one?. For example, would 10 cc of Silikon 1000 result in a volume increase of 10 cc?

It's a lost cause, it's utterly pointless. When your making a decision as serious as having PMMA injected your only concern should be to have a safe amount injected like maybe 15ml of 10%, if you start dwelling on gains too much your asking for trouble.
Ask Neverendingjourney I think he'll agree with me on that.

@Reklaw: I agree with you. However, that wasn't the point. What popped out for me is that there seems to be a 10 to 1 volume increase using PMMA. That is, 1 cc of PMMA results in approximately 10 cc of volume increase. That's amazing! The touch up using Silikon 1000 will is different. No collagen reaction. Is it 1:1 ?

I've heard folks getting 0.25" increase during the touch up. If the result is 1:1 (1 cc of Silikon results in 1 cc increase in volume) then for me that would be 28 cc of Silikon. That seems enormous. Not a touch up at all. That's a full session. Thus my confusion.
