TOPIC: My PMMA Journey Begins...

Long time reader first time poster. I've been reading these forms for almost a year now and have finally decided to take the plunge. I will be visiting the good doctor this Friday the 7th. I wasn't going to post anything until after the surgery but feel like I should be giving a little back for all that I've learned through these forums.
My current stats are as follows:
BPEL 7"
EG 5"
My goals are to eventually be around 6" Girth but more than anything I want a good natural result which is why I'm leaning towards 10% for the first session, but we'll let Dr. C be the judge of that I guess.

Here are some pre op pics.

Insist on 10%. How many good results with 30% have you seen on uncircumcised guys? In fact how many have you seen with 20%? I'm sure Dr C will suggest 10%, but don't leave the decision to him.

Btw you penis looks much bigger than your actual stats. It looks like 7+ NBP, rather than 7 BP.

I second hoodle. Go with 10%. You have a great starting point. Being a shower instead of a Grower will work in your favor for an aesthetic outcome, too. I am going down in just over two weeks and a natural outcome is at the top of my list, too, so I am going with 10%. Good luck man!

And hoodle is right, your measurements look like they are 7" non-bone pressed.

If you look at members who aren't Circumcised and have had 20% or 30%, many have had problems. Hans, Beta, Willtravel, PR2005, Olafspo, capital and Harleyman had all had complications. I think they account of about 80% of our uncut members that have had 20% or 30%. So, based on that, I'd refuse anything but 10% if I was uncut. The skin distribution is different and there is more movement. This doesn't seem stable enough for higher concentrations. Also there is more potential for swelling and Phimosis.

I'm not keen on the idea of 30% for anyone, cut or not.

I agree with huddle. 10% is a good route.

yea i am going for mine at the end of the year and i am cut...i was thinking 30 and after all the reading here i think 15 to 20 unless doc says otherwise as in 10...but even if doc says 30 i will be saying NO to that

also i been reading up on the hiv patients with pmma in there bodies now for 10+ years and the complications are very minimal and it seems more so based on the persons body and how it reacts not really the fact the pmma is bad in general

so i guess its a gamble just as any procedure or foriegn thing in our body...even patients with stints and what not could have probs if there body rejects it so i dont see anything diff here with pmma

so its either 10 or 30 ...that kinda sucks cause its either one end of the spectrum or another and thats kinda crazy they wouldnt have a middle ground that might work better for some guys

I defiantly agree with ou hoddle. I'm going to insist on 10%. I know a few other guys went in with the mindset of getting 10% and had Dr. C talk them into 30%. Just gonna stick to my guns.

Quick question, other than Andy, who's results came out amazing with 10%, which other uncircumcised guys had 10%? I found them before somehow but can't seem to find them anymore.

Mikehok and EQstudent both had very good results.

Yes 20% was done by mixing 30% and 10% by Dr C. He didn't want it to be used against him in case of problems so he stopped (from what I recall).

The idea about 15% is brand new and nothing official, it's said in this thread (it's also said Dr C wouldn't go for 30% anymore, but he still does it):

I also have trouble choosing between 10 and 30...

A temporary filler is not an option for you two to try out before the final choice of PMMA ?

I don't get why the answer should be no at this point.

Well I'm new there and I'm still into reading and learning.

I'm following the temporary fillers thread as well as the PMMA ones.

I have yet to find a positive input about Macrolane as everything I've read so far is bad experiences and warnings on scary risks like impotence.

btw I live in France and there are some possibilities including Macrolane there so I still view it as a possible choice.
